There are a lot of intimidating damage reducers in the game, and they seem to congregate to the most powerful, most daunting characters made. Psychic Blast could only do so much to overcome them; once the threat came adjacent, they were stuck. For those occasions, a foil was created, a breed of attacker that isn't afraid to rush straight at a damage reducing foe.
