2. I want to start one but don't know how.

i dont know either i started one but only one person joined.

1. Clans are like a chatroom. There is a specific topic and the members (after picking a character to represent) discuss various things about that topic.

2. Go to the clan discussion forum, make a new forum, and pick a character and topic. After some people join, pick a topic, and discuss it.
