spider man 2 question

I red alot of spidey in the 90's, and I have a friend who never really read comics, but knows quite a bit. He swears Aunt May's neighbor kid helping her move in the movie, and the girl he saves from the burning building both end up being someone we all know. I totally picked up on The Lizard, but I don't know about this other stuff. Somebody shed light?

Not sure about the kids but many speculate as to who (if anyone) the blond girl in the Apartment building is: Gwen Stacy or Felicia (Black Cat). I think Black Cat since she had a bit of "bad luck" with the stove fire...lol.

John Jameson became the Man-wolf in the comics.

Lots of goodies in both movies. :)

the kid wants to be spiderman. lives near parker. It's Ben Reiley, peters clone. Spiderman 7 will be about the clone saga. The bad guy will be.....umm lets go with Ah-nuld as Carnage. and his goons also use ice skates like in Batman and robin

The little neighbor boy was Henry Jaclson, I havent found any ties between him and any other marvel characters.

Did you guys know that the punk girl that says "eight arms? sounds kinda hot!" Is none other then lucy lawless?

The girl wasn't felicia hardy. her name was Ursula. she has no relevance.

They actually named her? I don't remember hearing her called anything...or was that in the credits?

I've also read (here) that Jameson mentions Eddie Brock in the first flick. Is this true? If so, a more specific scene?

there can't possibly be any relevance to the three-year old or whatever from the burning building. there is in no way any identification for this kid.

I'm 80% JJJ mentioned Brock, but I'd have to go back and watch it again.

And the rumor is that Eliza Dushku (Faith from Buffy, also in Tru Calling) is up for the part of Black Cat...

In Spidey 1 while peter said that he was fired by Dr. Connors for being late again there is a hint im sure all of you guys picked up on tho lol, i just discovered it when i was watching it the other day (im behind in the times) and in spidey 1 i might be wrong but I the J. J. Jameson just said "Eddie" i didnt hear brock anywhere. I didnt know they named the Girl in the Appartment either when i saw it i immediatly thought Gwen Stacy but now im not so sure. BTW did anyone see where Stan Lee was? i saw his name in the credits but while i was watching did not notice
Also can anyone tell me where/if he is in X2

In Spidey 2, Stan Lee pulls a pedestrian out of the way when a piece of debris falls from a building as a result of a Spidey-Doc Ock fight. I forget which fight scene this was in, but you shouldn't have to look too hard.

I have heard that instead of Eddie Brock, John Jameson will become Venom. First, the werewolf storyline would be lame for a movie. Second, he returns to space and discovers the symbiote. Since he is already PO'd at Spidey for taking his girl, it seems like a natural fit for Venom.

In spidey 2, I saw stan lee shove somebody out of the way when debree was falling. I'm pretty sure it was the first time Doc ock climbed a building.

John Jameson will never be Venom in a movie.
If Sam Raimi will continue to work on the Spidey-Man Movies, he will keep the correct characters as the villians. ANd he most likely wont do Venom b/c hes focusing on the first 10 years of the ASM comics

i hope that the girl in the building wasn't gwen stacy, because the girl was like 3 and peter is like 19. the same goes for felicia. as for the kid helping aunt may move, they sure said his name a lot for not being anyone. grrrr... but no one knows.
