Sorry Megatron, while I did nominate you, and fought like heck to get you past your battle with Magnus, against Optimus Prime, more often than not, youre going to lose.

Optimus is just a bit more powerful overall, and knows Megatron like a book. In the end, the One True Prime will be the last one standing.

I agree that Prime MOST of the time would school Megatron. He's got more courage, about the same amount of tacticle skill, willpower to rival Will to Power, and a Spikey energy mace is way cooler than a energy axe any day. Megatron does have more firepower, but he DOES tend to get cocky, and that will be the clincher that loses it for him...

...oh, unless we rename him 'Megatron-Autobot fighter.'

Erk. Here was the fight I tried to promote last round and I missed voting in it (okay, I didn't miss as it's still open but it's pretty moot :) ).

While I agree Megatron is probably the better fighter and the stronger opponent, Prime bests Megatron overall. He's just too savvy and too tactical.
