I think this is an absolutely great book with excellent art and writing. I mean, a multiverse ruled by the whims of strange versions of your favorite supervillians, how could it get any better than that? I love the irreverence Millar shows toward all the great cannons of the superpowered genre. This book is a great ride and one of my most "fun" reads. I don't hear much talk about it and I'm just wondering if there are any other fans of this book out there.

yeah I'm reading the series and I loved the first two issues and the art was awesome. now it's losing it's fire and starting to burn out fast. Hopefully they can finish the last two issues with a nice spin and twist.
This is the book I've most recomended to all my friends. The art is great, the writing is amazing, and the characters... man I can't say enough good about this book. Everyone reading this post who doesn't read Wanted should run RIGHT NOW to their nearest comic shop and buy the back issues.
This is by far my favorite line in the book:
Mr. Rictus and his men shoot a man and wife while they take their son for a walk.
Goon "You want us to kill the kid too?"
Rictus "No, with any luck he'll spend the next eighteen years of his life training to avenge those idiots and give me someone interesting to fight when I'm an old man."

the only thing i'd change is to make it ongoing instead of only a 6 issue run. it's the best book out since planetary, and that's saying alot.

I got recommended this book by a friend and went yesterday and picked up 1-4. While I haven't read them yet, I was VERY impressed and ammused by what I saw as I leafed through them B4 buying. Looks great, and I'll let you know what I think after reading them.

Love the series. A friend of mine recommended it and I've been on it ever since. "Chosen" (also by Millar) had a great opening. I've been waiting for the second issue for a while now. I'm not a religious person but I am intrigued by alternate takes on religions.
