here it is, i think this is as cheesy as it can get. but who knows, maybe someone out there could help me make it a little bit more cheesy?
le dom. petros 22
4 r. con artists 44
e. deo 18
le cam. chase 36
e. wasp 19
r. aqua man 27
r. jean grey 31
r. mandroid armor 28
r. jesse quick 45
e. paramedic 10
le electra "xplosion" 19
total: 299 (maybe bump up a con artist to an exp. to make it exact, or switch electra for r. destiny)
i'm a nooob to hcr, so let me know what i gotta improve. thanks!

I see at most 3 attackers, and they are all secondary. PW would destroy this team so much dude, and thats a pretty common power now a day. I suggest you take out all the hookers, dom petros, and jesse quick and put in a good solid attacker.

Two much lower level characters and no fighters. Get a Ult. Cap, Green Arrow/Oliver Queen, Gambit, Batman, Ult. Hawkeye, someone who can really make the team a team.

i suppose i could take out all those hookers, but then again what's a swarm team with out them?
so if i did take out dom petros, hookers, jesse quick i'd have 111 points, enough for vet colossus, or v. doc sampson and a rookie paramedic with one point to spare, and counltess other pieces--that was just something that came up first.
i unno, wehenver i play this team i seem to win. i out number the opponent in actions; hence the swarm. so taking out all those perplexes would really hurt this team. jesse quick really needs perplex big time, so yeah. any more insightful ideas? let me know, thanks for the input so far!

take out rook aquaman for exp moon knight for strength/willpower/and lc to get away. take out jean grey, wasp and some of the con artists for vet marvel girl (rce/tk/mid dial pulse wave).rook/exp green arrow are nice cheap incapacitate figs. vet green arrow is best.

Heh if you are going to have so many con artist put a pulse waver like Avalanche V in so he can click the all for one damage and put them on their perplex clix. Nothing more cheesier than a hooker bomb. Maybe find away to add a Nightcrawler if you have him. Also maybe add a Ice Man R for cheep Barrier. With Avalanche's and Ice Man's Barriers it can become very hard for your opponent being able to do something against you. Very fun on indoor maps.

Thats not a swarm thats a perplex bomb. A swarm is a whole bunch of generics.
Seems like a fun team to play. Don't know if it has a great chance of winning, but u could really frustrate your opponent.

LE Dominic Petros is LE Avalanche and for 22 points he has PW on his first click, along with Barrier at a 4 Range. So he can only hit a total of 5 guys, without starting perplex to up his range.
But truly the only Swarming you're doing is with:
le dom. petros 22 - Really only there for PW but could be effective if used properly
le cam. chase 36 - Takes awhile to get her going
e. wasp 19 - Decent DV but not so good AV
r. aqua man 27 - Great piece, you need more like this
r. jesse quick 45 - Good piece made excellent by Perplex.
le electra "xplosion" 19 - Wish I has one. :(
6 figures.
The rest are support pieces for the most part, they will not see much direct action:
r. jean grey 31
r. mandroid armor 28
e. paramedic 10
4 r. con artists 44e.
deo 18
My opinion of a swarm army would include more of the following generic figures:
AIM/Hydra
Checkmate
SHIELD/PD
Kobra Fanatic
Intergang
LexCorp (Security/Battle Suits)
Moloids\Thugs\Lackeys\Criminals\Henchmen
Brood Warriors
Etc.
And truly overwhelm the other team by shear numbers. You really have a Perplex Bomb not even subtly disguised as a swarm army. But you are probably right, it should do well.

I agree, this isn't a swarm team, it's a perplex-bomb/yo-yo team.
As Mags103 just alluded to, you've got 131 tied up as your back line defense, and that's assuming that your wasp and cameron are going to be 'offensive', otherwise, it goes up to 186 pts of support, and this is too much. You'd really only want this much support for a heavy hitter or two, not the four you have your remaining points spread out across.
Also, take into account that, as someone else said earlier, one pulse wave and/or energy explosion to your back row could make your whole plan kaput.
I just think you're relying too much on Jesse and perplex. I mean, your Aqua and Elektra are money, and yes, Jesse is very hard to hit/take down in this "swarm" format, but if your oppontent can hit her (not kill, just hit), she's in trouble, and you better not be on the wrong side of an indoor map, or your TK rescue won't work (at all, not just for her).
I don't know if that made sense, but I'm just saying, that she's a third of your power, so watch out. Sorry if this isn't the best arguement, I'll think of what I really wanted to say a while later, long after I'll have posted this
Anyway, another idea to think about, might be to bump off a few (not all) of your hookers for other stuff. So you've got 5 perplexers, and I understand that this team sort of thrives on the use of them, but maybe consider losing two hookers, and bumping down your jean to another mandroid (since you don't seem to mind playing dupes ;) ) and putting in a r iceman; or losing 3 hookers  and either bumping down your jean to a mandroid, or your exp medic to a rookie, which could get you an exp iceman. My point behind Val Kilmer. . . er. . . Iceman is to get to some double barrier going on as well as provide you with another attacker so you could either yo-yo your elektra or send one or two people out and double barrier to protect everyone in the back or you could have iceman as your other taxi/attacker. . . . it's really about options. As I'm sure you know, the more options the better, so if you've got more potential threats to deal with, it'll be easier to shut down your opponent, as opposed to if he sees your five perplexers in the back, they're not hard to kill, and if he can, he will, for easy points and it'll majorly cripple your team (since nobody besides Aquaman has a AV over 8).
At some point, I think I started rambling, but there's my two. . . hundred cents.
Good luck.
I played against a team very similar to yours last week in a 300 point unrestricted. My team was based around E Ultron with some cheap TAs (Robin, Black Widow), and my opponent had 4 con artists with some HSS and other minor pieces. He didn't do too well against my team. He smacked my ultron for 2 damage several different times (perplexed his U flash to 4 damage), but I just healed it off. Got sick of his hookers and tked ultron up to the middle of the board and did energy explosion. Smacked all but one of his hookers off of perplex and he pretty much lost after that. Just beware of pulse wave, energy explosion, and damage mitigation abilities (impervious/invulnerability)
