You must set the ad_network_ads_405.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Now that Open Format has been around a few months in an official capacity, would it be possible to get an Open Section added to the HeroClix: Strategy & Team Building Area?

I wholeheartedly agree! Besides most of the teams posted are Open styled anyway.
