For those who have been following the cartoon Teen Titans, the one question most have had was "Which Robin is this?" Most people assumed it was Tim Drake because of the uniform and gear, but episodes like the Starfire goes to the future and sees him as Nightwing raised some doubts. The producers stated that they were intentionally leaving it nebulous so that viewers could sort of decide which they thought it was. But, they knew who they wanted it to be and they said that they would continue to drop hints. Not sure if folks caught the recent one in the "Larry" episode.

In short, Larry is like a Mister Mxyzlplix (Or however you spell it currently) or Batmite, a 5th dimensional being that adores Robin. When asked what his name is, he states "Nosyarg Kicd" which flows across the screen normally, and then backwards in case we weren't thinking to reverse the name.

I think coupled with the Nightwing episode, we have a slam dunk.

The thing with Teen Titans is that it's VERY inconsistant. There are (of the two seasons) about a half-dozen or so episodes that are worth watching. Basically any Terra episode, and most Robin-centric episodes, and the first Raven-centric one.

Those are pretty solid, low on the #### humor, and high on the action and drama. The only consistantly good thing about the show is that the action sequences are TIGHT, very fluidly done and well thought out.

The problem is that most episodes screw that up with pathetic attempts at humor which fall flat, and characters that serve no function but to annoy people (Beast Boy and often Starfire).

I still want them to add Wondergirl, Superboy, and Impulse to the mix.

I hope that this is not the case (that it's the Crayson Robin). For one thing it doens't feel like the Grayson Robin, he feels much more like the Drake version. Also if it's Grayson then Tee nTitans is in a seperate universe than all the other series. One of the great things about these series is the fact that they are an interlocking universe. If you watched the shows from the first Batman series, to batman Beyond, SUperman and Justice League. You are gettingt a nice story arc of the univierse as a whole. Each new series shows you a new aspect of the same universe. Now Titans already hurt that by being in a completely different style/tone than the others. But clearly Robin can't be Grayson since they already established that Grayon has grown up into Nightwing and the way the Titans Robin acts is much more like the way the Drake Robin was protrayed in the Batman serie(s) than the Grayson Robin was (both in look, style and manerisms).

But then again the more the Titans series progresses the more I prefer to think of it as it's own, much sillier, universe than the other series'.

Well, the producers stated flat out that it is NOT supposed to be consistent with the other DC animated shows in any way, shape or form. This is categorically not the Robin from BtAS. There is no link with Justice League Unlimited (Unless ratings sag) or Batman Beyond. It is supposed to be in it;s own little world.

Shame really, though it no longer bugs me that Robin is trying to make time with Starfire if it is fact Grayson.

You guys don't like the comedy or beast boy or some of the stuff?!?

I LOVE EVERY EPISODE OF THIS SHOW! I think it's hilarious and is one of the funniest shows ever!!! (lets not get started into funny shows though guys, I know what they are I just like this show a lot better)

I think the action is fine. The storyline is good. It's all good! I can't wait for the DVD's!

AS for it being Grayson-I was starting to think it was. Hmm, that's cool.

i think its a good show, i just dont like when they do that goofy anime stuff. If they got rid of that and kept it like a normal american cartoon i think theyd have more people watching

I'm pretty sure it is Grayson, Tim doesn't fit. Even though obviously not truely consistent, it seems obvious to me that the show is "set" in earler days of DC continuity, for one thing Raven is there, with Trigon, and that doesn't exist anymore, Arsenal showed up as Speedy, Tempest was Aqualad. Plus they are doing the stories from when Grayson was the Titans Robin, like the relationship with Starfire, and Judas Contract. And really Tim has only been a Titan for like a dozen issues or so, Grayson is "the Robin" from Teen Titans, noone else.

I enjoy the show immensely, the action sequences are the best of any superhero cartoon on t.v. in my mind, and I love the humor. I place it as my second favorite superhero series by that design team, and really what superhero cartoon can beat that Batman series that thing was incredible. I defientyl look forward too it more than JLU on Saturday.

Well the continuity is continuing on from Batman: TAS. In the last seasons of BTAS Richard Grayson was replaced by Tim Drake. In JL they keep the continuity of BTAS and TT is supposedly a similar concept., I think Robin in TT is Drake.

However the entire premise of the show is horrid. Mish-mashing continuity in a cartoon is for the birds.
