The only way they can make a Mxyzptlk that has any resemblance to the abilities the character has in the comics is to make a piece that would cost 300 points. Same with the Spectre.

I'd like to see a Captain Marvel Jr. piece, and they should make him look like an Elvis impersonator (moreso than the REV Superman does, even!).

The one on your list the really surprises me is Golgoth.

For some reason, I never thought of the possibility of him as a clix. Doctor Doom with phasing...

It would be tough to determine how strong he really is since in the miniseries he really doesn't show off his power, i think the only people he fought was endymon and the Greenland army who he rips through all by himself.

As for powers: stealth,phasing, maybe mindcontrol (that drug he gives all his followers), Pulsewave, psychic blast, energy explosion, invunerability, mastermind, outwit, exploit weakness and leadership.
