You must set the ad_network_ads_405.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I just finished my Melter, and I use to give already existing dials to my mods.

This time, I have troubles finding somebody whose powers fit this villain...

Maybe some resistance, and Exploit Weakness...Or outwit...

Any idea?

Nobody?

Maybe an Indy Aphrodite IX or Judge Fear could be ok...They both have Incapacitate, some Tougness and Perplex...Which is ok for The Melter. Judge Fear also has some Poison, which is not bad...
