Need Help contacting Wiz Kids!!!

I'm in need of some help and I cant seem to get anyones attention at Wiz Kids...

We had a guy at our store that was an envoy for WK.. he ran one tournament a week and everything seemed normal...

Come to find out, he was putting down that he was running 3 and 4 tournaments a week, getting a PILE of prizes, giving out a few, then keeping all of the rest... then went home and forged all of the paperwork for the fake tournaments!

I busted him, told him he wasnt welcome to run things in the store any longer and that I knew about his plans to start his own store (which opened on the 31st)... and run tournaments using all of the prizes he's been stealing using MY store as a front!

I've called WK 10 or 12 times and e-mailed about as many times. I've heard back from ONE person and she wasn't very helpful and didnt do what she said she would...

I want this fixed tomorrow by the close of business (as the store owner is VERY unhappy about the situation) and I need some help actually getting in touch with someone who can help me...

man, shouldn't you know what is going on in your store a little better than that? Wkids should stop prize support to you also.....who is to say you were not in cahoots together?!

I just started working there a few months ago and I have no knowledge as to how Wiz Kids runs things... I was totally in the dark, as was the store owner and the other employee. I looked into it when I heard rumor of him starting a store of his own and found out about all of the shady stuff...
