Vash the Stampede-the guy's fast, he with nothing defeated guy with lots of blades. He can dodge attacks all day, his opponent can't.

Vash the Stampede, then Vash the Stampede, then Vash the Stampede again. No one is better than him-Jigen pales in a huge comparison.

Best fighter(close combat) un-armed: Stitch - Super strong, agile, and has four arms.

Best fighter(close combat) armed: Lancer - Best there is at what he does.

Best fighter (ranged): Rick Hunter - Faster and more precise then anyone else here at longer distances.

Best Weapon: Veritech Fighter - More versatile, with a better load out, then anyone else in the tournament

Best Power: Control over the elements - Just a nasty set of abilities if used right.

Why not? Vash qualifies for a powerful weapon-the angel arm. He does have probability control, it's one of two ways he dodges attacks.

What's wrong with write-ins if the character is suitable?

I love this idea, but I stayed out of the Cartoon TOC since I knew so few of the characters.

This, and the Battle Royales are a great after-dinner mint to the TOCs.

Well he is tough and besides he is the only one aside from Kensin who actually uses a fighting style.

He really has the most number of ranged attacks to pull...

That thing is powerful... i would have voted for Vash and the Angel Arm if it was there though, but i guess Megatron would suffice.

well since vash doesnt have prob controll in the show, and he didnt have the angel arm in the toc he doesnt get noms and there are no write ins because there isnt any at the oscars.
