I read that yesterday on Fark. I would be mad as heck if I was the woman, if that taser strayed and hit the infant it would have killed it! I got mad at that story. Granted I wasnt there and dont know the full story but from what the reports leads you to believe, I would be ticked off if I was the mayor or his siter.
