Anybody given any thought to how mounted riders will effect people who store their clix in Tackle Boxes????

Probably the wrong forum for this question, but I think it will make them cry.
Actually, most tackle boxes have some flexibility as to sizing of the compartments, so they should still be feasable, just not as efficient.
I use clear plastic Plano storage utility boxes that you can pick up in the hardware and sporting goods sections of stores like K-Mart, Farm & Fleet, Wal Mart, etc. The much more common standard size ones are maybe 2 inches deep, but I prefer the harder to find ones that are about twice that deep since you can fit a lot more figures in them. I began using them originally for my mounted figures back when I still played Mage Knight, and they worked great.

Well I use shelves anyhow, but was thinking of switching to Tackle. I don't think I will though. I used some Plano in the past, I even had a blue Shimano bag like almost everyone has that worked nicely. That was semi heavy. I don't believe in lugging my whole collection like some do. I have recently switched to the Ultra Clix bag though. So far I really like it. It's light weight and holds about 24 figures or more for going to tournies. It keeps everyone nice and protected. The only thing I hate is no carrying handle. I like a briefcase feel more than a sidebag feel.
Custom Storage/Custom Maps/Custom mods I think this is an ok place for a post like this.

I'm in wait and see mode...the Plano boxes I use have fit everything so far, including the Bat Sentry...so I'm holding out hope that if it fits in a booster, it will fit in my Planos. If not, I'll get a separate case for the double basers and be done with it.

The double bases aren't new. They were used in Mage Knight. I use Plano Tackle Boxes for all my stuff (Mage Knight included). Unless the giant figures are really wide all around you shouldn't have any problems.

Yeah I have a bunch of Mage Knight guys too. Can someone post some pictures or links to a store that has pictures of the Plano Boxes you guys are using.
