I never thought I would do this, but Bizarro's worth it baby

Went to the shop out of my regular rotation to get Countdown (haven't been this psyched about a series/series of events for comics in years), and staring back at me were the new Alex Ross Justice League series action figures.

I don't buy action figures. I only buy clix and comics.

I like Bizarro. A lot. I have a really cool T-shirt of the symbol that looks sweet (post-workout :laugh: ).

It's from the upcoming series from Alex Ross (one of my favorites) and Jim Krueger (my abosolute favorite writer, and terrific guy) about the JLA fighting a new Legion of Doom.

The series looks awesome.

Ergo, I now have my first "collector's" action figure sitting atop my computer stand.

Bizarro looks very bad. Take that as you should ;) .

It was about 15 bucks, so if anyone wants to buy my Unique Thor and/or Iron-Man I'm interested in selling them. I'm not kidding............PM with offers.

Luke B. thinks this Bizarro looks incredibly spooky/zombie like. How many of you all out there get these types of figures?

I've started collecting the Hush figures, because I love the Jim Lee designs, and holy CARP does Riddler and Batman look sweet on top of my TV. DC Direct makes awesome figures. :)

Have you seen the new Kilowag figure? He's freaking sweet. I've just recently gotten into figures, and I'm being really picky about the ones I get, but I can't wait to get at least some of the Ross figs.

Yeah, I seen them, but had to pass. $16 or whatever per figure was too much this week.
