This really isn't fair. The Cyborg is a being of pure energy against whom Superman has NO chance! He can't die!
Parallax was the first to "kill" him, threw him against the boundary of the universe.... He came back. The Galactic Tribunal threw him into a black hole, he escaped. Darkseid imprisoned him with the Omega Force. Got out. The guy is unstoppable.
Round 1: Cyborg

Round 2:

I assume we're saying the "Last Son of Krypton" Eradicator, not the program that is, once again, unstoppable. On the hand of LSoK, yeah, I give it Cap Marvel. Eradicator in this form is basically a clone of Superman, so he has the weakness to magic. Marvel's powers ARE magic.

Round 2: Cap

Round 3:

I'm going to call this one a draw. No one has ever said whether Supes or Cap is stronger, so I see the same outcome, mutual "death."

I think Cap would take the Cyborg Superman, and the Eradicator (both BARELY), but lose to even DOS Doomsday. That monster took 100% of Superman, plus Maxima, Guy Gardner, Bloodwynd (Martian Manhunter), Booster Gold, Fire, Ice and Blue Beetle. I dont see CM being able to do that.
