View Full Version : Lego Star Wars - please please help
Hey all,
I know that the game just came out today, and I know it's supposed to be pretty easy... but blast it, I am stuck!!
So if anyone is playing, help?
I'm in Amidala's palace for the second time. It's with Qui-Gonn, Obi-Wan, Padme, the captain, R2 and Anakin.
There are two levels, and everybody BUT Qui-Gonn and Obi-Wan have easy routes up to the second level. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the two jedi up there.
HELP??!!??
thanks...

Wish I could help you - I mean, I really do wish it - as I purchased the game today. I was so jazzed to go play through all three of the Prequel movies and get to use all the main characters (yep, you can unlock the assorted Dark Side characters too).
Unfortunately, the game is on a "blue disk". I bought my PS2 almost exactly three years ago - it does not like "blue disk" games. :( I think, from things I just read on the web, I can send in my PS2 to Sony and they'll make some adjustments in it, but, I have to admit I really dread losing the PS2 for a few weeks (primarily because I use it as a DVD player as my "real" DVD player is in "safe storage" as it was my last gift from someone special to me).
Anyway, like I said, wish I could help but I can't get the game to play on my PS2. :(

hey grayson, there's a little website called gamefaqs.com, i recommend you look there for advice!
Thanks, but I actually figured it out (after stumbling around for a while).
This is a pretty cool game. Very fun, light, and -just- challenging enough...
And Stark's Heir - it's just out for PS2 (and maybe PC). XBOX and Gamecube won't be out for another few days.

Man- is anyone else's gameplay a little "jerky" or "off" sometimes? I've got the XBOX copy and this is the first game that's had this many glitches...'course, I haven't wanted to waste the time to take it out and dust it off. Very cool game. Has anyone else seen the run-ins with Maul and Jedi outside Dexter's Diner? Hilarious!! Really got p.o.ed at the length of time it took to get Jango in the rain though. Does anyone know if C3-PO can fly or jump in any way?

How do I send it to Sony? Do I have to send it in myself, or can I take it to a store and they'll handle it for me?
Is there a link with info about this online somewhere?
Thanks!

Ditto. On all of it. (Well, I didn't but mine the first day.) C'mon, Rokk_Krinn, give us the goods.

Here's the link (http://www.us.playstation.com/contactus.aspx) to the main Sony tech support site. They're well aware of the disc issue (the new "thin" PS2 was engineered to address it), so you shouldn't have any problem. Pack your PS2 up, send it to them (you only have to pay for shipping), they'll fix it and send it back to you. Turnaround time is usually a week to ten days. I've dealt with Sony tech support in the past and they're generally top notch.
