Well here we are the time has come to fine out who the best of the best is! This TOC is just like others except smaller so each match will be up for twp days and after every 2 matchs the voting will be closed for the pervious two. I would like to thank everybody who helped get this ready and would like to give a shout out to the don99 who is helping with the numbers.

Laser Room: This is the room where Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan faced Darth Maul. It is an enclosed space full of doors and laser walls to block off combat and lasers.

Thrawn isnt a fighter, hes a universal level military commander and strategist, not a HTH or ranged master. Ill go with Kir Kanos as well.

I'm tempted to vote for Thrawn, if he can figure out how to use the laser room to his advantage. He's the ultimate strategist, and he certainly has the mind power to overcome his lack of combat experience. If he can manipulate the doors and walls to block off his opponent whenever he wants, I can see him winning. I'll hold my vote for now.

Thrawn is going to be fairly familiar with the tech of the arena and as Don99 points out, a master strategist. In a straight-up fight, he'd lose but he's not going to fight "straight-up". He's going to use the arena and that's a very deadly situation for Kanos.

I agree, Thrawn is the thinking man's fighter. He'll wait, bide his time, find a weakness.... and then exploit it. It's what he does, that's what makes him so deadly.

Theres nothing in this arena for Thrawn to use though. Laser doors, gaping drops, catwalks and the like. Its not a computer command centre loaded with weapons and high tech security here.

Agreewing with DTM, this isn't the battle bridge of a Star Destroyer, this is a hand to hand fight. Thrawn is a strategist, not a fighter. Kanos for the win.

Oh, c'mon, this is Star Wars where there's about a zillion access panels per scene. :) Plenty of places for Thrawn to take over (and there are "switches" around if the Jedi were able to manipulate them with the Force). Even if he can't, he's still going to be smart enough to use the timing of the laser barriers to his advantage, suckering his opponent.

Thrawn may be the greatest strategist ever, but he would need time to figure all this out. Kir Kanos is part of one of the most elite fighting groups in the galaxy, and is not going to cut Thrawn any kind of slack. Maybe Thrawn might be able to trap Kanos, but I don't think he's going to be able to win more than 50% of the time. The best he could do is try to slow Kanos down.

Ah, hell, I'll vote for Thrawn. I think he'll figure a way to manipulate the timing of the doors and set a trap. He springs it, shoots him, it's over. He didn't so much outfight him, rather, he out thought him. Thrawn does carry a blaster pistol.

I think thrawn can win this, but not 51% of the time. while he could concieveably (sp?) use the room to garner himself a victory, i dont think it will happen more than not.

I am going to vote for Kanos. Thrawn is good no great at planning and against anyone else I would vote Thrawn but Kanos is like the Star Wars Punisher Thrawn is going down. Kanos sneaks on to Empire controled worlds that have him on the number one spot on the most wanted list and kills Empire Council men. This shouldn't be a problem.

Thrawn can plan to an insane degree, but there's no existing trap here for him to use that Kir Kanos would fall for. Kanos wins.

Is it just me or are the Super Battle Droids a little to powerful here... I mean didn't they take out some Jedi in the arena? For this match It would be Kir Kanos, if it was a space battle which it's not it would be Thrawn. I do think he has a little hand to hand training being in the military and all but not enough to get a win

And I have no Idea who April is voting for. The Battle Driods can be taken out with Blaster fire and only took out Jedi Because of the large amount of them.
