View Full Version : Bios For ALL Of The Characters In The TV Cartoon TOCs
As it really wouldnt be too efficent to keep posting 8 seperate Bios for each Mixed Team TOC Match, I figured Id post them all here, in a single easy to find thread.
This thread should contain 99.9% of all of the characters were using in the Final Cartoon TOC, each class of characters seperated by different posts here.
There MIGHT be a few that are in the wrong weight class, as we might have moved certain characters around a bit, but overall we should have just about every characters Bios here for you all to look at and base your votes for the Mixed Team TOC on.
Please HOLD any and all posts until I have all 4 Weight Classes posted here, then you can post all you wish, which would be helpful for keeping this thread close to the top of the Forum for easy vieiwing.
LIGHTWEIGHTS
Hank “The Ranger” (Dungeons & Dragons) - Transported along with his friends to the Realm of Dungeons and Dragons, Hank quickly became the wielder of a Magic Bow capable of firing powerful bolts of magical energy, and was known soon after as The Ranger. Though young, his athletic skills are near peak for his age, and his bravery, heart and quick thinking all helped him become the Leader of his group of one time friends, now D&D warriors. The most overall capable of his entire band, Hank has since learned to use his bow with expert accuracy, even to the point of developing trick shots and power stunts with it.
Thundarr (Thundarr The Barbarian) - A comet once crossed between the Earth and the Moon. This broke the Moon in half and plunged the planet Earth into chaos. A new society was formed 2000 years later, but it was like our past. It was a world of swords and sorcery, of good versus evil. Thundarr was a slave who got free and chose to fight the forces of evil who ruled the land. A fierce warrior armed with his “magic” Sun Sword (basically a lightsaber which could be stored on his wristband) and joined by his companions, they constantly fight the evil forces of Future Earth in the hopes to restore order to it once again.
Galtar (Galtar And The Golden Lance) - On a far off planet an evil warlord has taken over the kingdom of his former king in a military coup and now the warrior Galtar and his friends fight to take back the kingdom from an evil madman! The handsome and fearless warrior Galtar uses sword and sorcery to protect the lovely Princess Goleeta and rescue his planet from the evil Tormack He is armed with the Golden Lance, a supernaturally powerful weapon which can be fought as either two glowing swords or combined to make a powerful, double-edged Lance (ala Darth Mauls Lightsaber).
Blackstar (Blackstar) - John Blackstar, an intergalactic soldier of fortune, is sucked in by a black hole and into a distant part of our universe. He finds himself stranded on the planet Sagar, where the Overlord of the Underworld is swallowing the planet and enslaving its inhabitants using the Power Star. The Power Star was divided into two pieces by the force that pulled Blackstar into this world. One piece is the Star Sword; the other is the Power Sword. He assists the Trobbits (a small, tree-dwelling people), Mara, Storm, Clone (a shapeshifter) and Warlock (a dragon) in their battle against the Overlord. Blackstar carries the powerful Star Sword, which, when combined with the Power Sword transforms back into the Power Star. The Overlord carries the Power Sword, so the rebels fight to keep the Star sword from him.
Flash Gordon (Defenders Of The Earth) – It is the year 2015. The human race is about to fall under the control of the intergalactic villain, Ming the Merciless, from the planet Mongo. A team of the world’s most powerful and adventurous heroes, led by Flash Gordon, universally known, outer space adventurer, join forces to defeat Ming with the help of their descendants.
The Phantom (Defenders Of The Earth) - It is the year 2015. The human race is about to fall under the control of the intergalactic villain, Ming the Merciless, from the planet Mongo. A team of the world's most powerful and adventurous heroes, among them The Phantom, the mysterious “Ghost Who Walks” from the jungles of Africa, join forces to defeat Ming with the help of their descendants.
Leonardo (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) - In Splinter's absense, Leo is the leader of the Turtles, a real 'take charge' kind of guy. He is clever, a fast thinker and an excellent strategist, but his best attribute, perfectionism, also happens to be his worst because he always strives to do everything to perfection. He sees it as an embarrassment if he fails. He also feels the loss of face when the other turtles do something wrong, because he feels responsible for them and their actions. Though Splinter has taught him that it is honourable to fail if one tries his best, Leo can't accept his own short-comings. Despite the lack of self-confidence, Leo is perhaps the smartest all-round of the turtles.
Michealangelo (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) - Without a doubt, Michaelangelo is the most fun-loving of all the turtles. Life is to enjoy, and he lives to the fullest. He has a gentle, mischievous nature that often leads him to play practical jokes on the others (not always appreciated). He loves to read comic books and science fiction, eat pizza and go to the movies, especially to see E.T. and Critters. Mikey mostly hangs around with Raphael because he feels the others are too serious. He doesn't always train as hard as he should.
Dirk The Daring (Dragon’s Lair) - In King Ethelred's kingdom, one knight outshines them all - Dirk the Daring. He performs great deeds and protects the kingdom, and his beautiful Princess Daphne, from villains and fiery dragons alike. (This character is based off the 80’s video game, Dragon’s Lair)
Cammy (Street Fighter) - Created by M. Bison to serve as a conduit for his psycho-power, but later discarded when she started to develop a mind of her own, causing her to join a British covert ops commando team called Delta Red. Cammy was the greatest success of Shadoloo's "Assassin Doll" program where girls of exceptional ability were raised (and in Cammy's case, cloned) and trained from an early age to be incredible fighters and assassins. Skilled in stealth and incredible in hand to hand, Cammy is one of the world's best fighters and easily one of the top females in such. Her strongest moves are the devastating Drill Kick and Cannon Spike, but her grappling moves and fists aren't lacking in the slightest either.
Spike Spiegel (Cowboy Bebop) - A bounty hunter of some reknown and skill, as well as cleverness. Spike is a master of jeet kun do-the martial art style created by Bruce Lee; Spike is also a good ranged combatant and is best suited with a 9mm hand gun. He often carries two, as well as a shotgun, and a small number of grenades and timed explosives (2 or so of each).
Vicious (Cowboy Bebop) - Spike's opposite and enemy in the crime syndicates, Vicious is a dangerous boss but no less-so personally. An impressive fighter who lives up to his name with ruthlessness and cunning, his weapon of choice is a Katana, with which he is fully capable of using against and beating gun-armed opponents, even skilled ones. Agile, fast, strong, smart, and very tricky, Vicious is not a foe to be trifled with.
Jackie Chan (Jackie Chan Adventures) - Jackie Chan is an archaeologist-cum-secret agent, the latter not entirely by choice. Trained by his uncle in martial arts, he's proven quite adept at it, capable of taking on multiple armed men and skilled in a number of styles, as well as in using whatever happens to be at hand, not to mention the terrain. Numerous confrontations with the criminal organisation 'the Dark Hand' and various supernatural foes, as well as keeping his niece Jade out of trouble, certainly haven't hurt his reaction times or skills in the slightest.
Hak Fu (Jackie Chan Adventures) - A hireling of the Dark Hand, as well as temporarily a warrior made of Dark Chi working for an evil wizard, Hak Fu cares primarily about his fighting skill and proving such, especially against his arch-rivals, Touro and Jackie Chan. Skilled in Kung Fu, Hak Fu has a habit of shouting out his attacks as he does them ("Crane flies through the air!" "Tiger catches it's prey!" "Elephant kick!... oops I ment punch."), which serves to distract from his skill surprisingly little, especially when he uses the occasional opportunity to lie (See: Elephant kick). In power and leaps he's almost superhuman at times. He's a very strong and tough opponent, more so than Jackie (albiet not as flexible or wormy), without lacking in skill in the slightest, and often comes ahead in their fights, although his overconfidence or Jackie's mastery of using almost anything and the surrounding terrain to his advantage occasionally costs him the win.
Sherlock Holmes (Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century) - Sherlock Holmes was the world's first consulting detective. Holmes also was responsible for inventing and publicising many advances in the forensic sciences. We know of his activities primarily through his friend Dr. John H. Watson, whose articles made Holmes famous.
Holmes was revived in the 22nd century in order to help Inspector Beth Lestrade find and catch Moriarty -- another consultation! He is currently being retained by New Scotland Yard as a consultant, and apparently is making a good amount of credits that way.
Holmes still has a lot of catching up to do, but he has embraced the use of computers, hololearners, and video communication over the net. His Stradivarius does not seem to be in evidence (and heck! Did you think a Strad was going to be allowed to rot in a museum? And did you think that anyone, even Lestrade, could persuade a violinist to give one up?) but Holmes has adopted an electronic instrument which combines frets with a keyboard (EMPT2) and seems to be happy with it -- except that by TWIS2, he was still having trouble playing the rather simple melody of "Ode to Joy".
Holmes is of course an expert boxer and singlestick player and knows baritsu, but his primary martial art in the 22nd century is cane fighting. La canne really was practiced back in Victorian times as part of the French martial art Savate, which was folded into Bartitsu (and hence, very likely, into baritsu).
Holmes habitually carries on his person:
a retractable/extendable cane (FALL)
a magnifying glass (DERA)
a futuristic flashlight (DERA)
Race Bannon (The Adventures of Jonny Quest, 1964-65) - Former US Agent and spy, turned hero and bodyguard. Race has extensive hand to hand combat training, knowledge of firearms, explosives, and all manner of combat techniques. As a member of the extended Quest 'family' he's been all over the world, to all manner of exotic locales, and fought all manner of evil villians and henchmen. Typical equipment includes a handgun, a knife, and a few gadgets similar to a Sean Connery James Bond. Race has a wealth of experience, and is considered the best by all who know him, or know of him.
Lupin (Lupin the Third) - while his partners Jigen (the marksman) and Goemon (the swordsman) are more obvious threats, Lupin holds the team together with his wits, charm, and his skill as a jack-of-all-trades. He is the world's greatest thief, and his antics, while seen as comic, have always kept him a step ahead of the law.
Weapons loadout: Walther P38 handgun, a dazzling array of James Bond style gadgets, the ability to enter with a bang and exit with a whisper.
Jigen Daisuke (Lupin the Third) - a lethal marksman, Jigen is best known by his trademark black suit, black fedora (which he uses to aim at long ranges), and chinstrap beard. While "walking arsenal" might be a slight exaggeration, one should be most worried when Jigen approaches empty-handed - given his almost-inhuman quick-draw abilities, if you see a gun in his hand, it's already too late.
Weapons loadout: S&W .357 Combat Magnum, scoped Barrett .50 anti-vehicle sniper rifle, the ability to draw and fire a holstered sidearm in less than three-tenths of a second.
Conan (Conan The Adventurer) - Conan's parents and grandfather were frozen in stone by the evil wizard Wrath-Amon. He is on a quest to free them and the send Wrath-Amon and his serpent warriors back to another dimension. He has many tools to help him with this such as his Star-metal sword, his shield which houses the phoenix Needle, and the Amulet of Vathelos. (For this TOC, the shield will NOT contain the baby Phoenix named Needle)
Ren (The Pirates Of Dark Water) – Ren is a young prince of Octopon, the only surviving son of King Primus. He captains the Wraith, with a loyal if unlikely band of misfits, who search for the sacred Thirteen Treasures of Rule to return to their homeland. One of the perils they must look out for is the Dark Water on the planet Mer, as they try to save it and the Kingdom of Octopon from the evil forces of the Dark Water, namely the vicious pirate lord, Bloth.
Snake Eyes (G.I. Joe) - Some people say that ninjas own the night. If that's the case, Snake Eyes owns the whole twenty-four hours. Anybody who isn't a mouth-breather has a reasonable chance of sneaking up behind a sentry in the dark. Snake Eyes can do it at high noon on a gravel path with no cover. A qualified expert with all NATO and former Warsaw Pact small arms, he is proficient in twelve martial arts systems and a master of the same ninja clan (Arashikage) that produced Storm Shadow. His one known hobby is collecting spike-handled trench knives. At one time Snake Eyes and the COBRA ninja Storm Shadow were sword brothers, but circumstances forced them apart and led Storm Shadow down the evil road to COBRA. Although others see them as bitter foes, Snake Eyes looks at the COBRA ninja and sees only the best friend he ever had, so he dreads the day he may have to draw his sword against him in earnest.
Ookla The Mok (Thundarr The Barbarian) – One of Thundarr’s closest companions in his quest to bring order to their world, Ookla of the race of Moks is a fiercely loyal and remarkably strong ally. Though he fights unarmed, his superhuman strength, endurance and toughness more than make up for his lack of ranged attacks with most any adversary. (Overall, Ookla is like an unarmed Chewbacca to Thundarr’s Han/Luke)
Tarzan (Disney) (Tarzan) – Raised by his ape mother Kala, after his own human parents were murdered by a leopard as an infant himself, Tarzan grew up following the ways of the jungle and his new ape family. As a child, he was treated as an outsider by some, but that eventually fell away, as in adulthood he became a very powerful warrior and eventual leader of his ape clan. With speed and agility at near superhuman levels, Tarzan uses this as well as his great courage and selflessness to battle all evil that would harm those he loves, especially his wife, Jane.
James Bond Jr. (James Bond Jr.) - James Bond Jr., nephew to 007 himself, is a very capable driver and spy with a dark brown quiff and an eye for the ladies. He is frequently rescued by gadgets and good fortune rather than actual skill. James, along with his companions (second generation characters of some Classic Bond allies) battle the evil forces of SCUM, which consist of Dr. No, Goldfinger and Jaws, among others.
Blue Falcon (Blue Falcon And Dinomutt) - Millionaire socialite art dealer Radley Crowne (a Bruce Wayne incarnate) and his mechanical mongrel, Dynomutt, enjoy leisure time in their base of operations, Big City, until alerted by The Falcon Flash. They immediately dash for The Falcon's Lair where they switch to their secret identities, The Blue Falcon and Dog Wonder, recieve the report via TV screen from the secret GHQ of secret agent Focus One and jump into The Falconcar and speed into the fray against assorted evildoers. Equipped with an arsenal of high tech gadgetry, Blue Falcon and his partner in justice keep order and peace in their city as only they can.
Heero Yuy (Gundam Wing) - Heero Yuy is a Gundam pilot that was sent by the Space Colonies to conquer the earth. While this version is outside his Gundam, he's still a very capable fighter. He's trained in hand-to-hand fighting, and just about the only weapon he carries is a normal handgun. Heero is unusually strong for his size, and has demonstrated a strange ability to literally reset a bone after it has been broken. The only possible weakness he has is a lack of experience fighting in jungles.
Matt Tracker (M.A.S.K.)- the billionaire team leader of Mobile Armored Strike Kommand can't afford a spellchecker, but he can outfit his team with cutting edge transformable vehicles and a variety of high-tech masks. Tracker's mask, Spectrum, allows him to manipulate light and sound, projecting lasers of varying intensity and creating ultrasonic waves to stun his enemies. An element of Tracker's uniform also allowed him to hang glide (he was an avid hang-glider in the cartoon and...well, it doesn't sound logical, but it made sense within the context of the cartoon).
Weapons loadout: Spectrum mask, composite body armor
Bruce Sato (M.A.S.K.) - Matt Tracker's chief lieutenant and a technical genius, Sato tends to speak in Confucian-style riddles - which just goes to show that '80s cartoons had a way to go in the cultural sensitivity department. His mask, Lifter, fires an anti-gravity beam that functions as very high-level TK. The upper limit of his mask's power is unknown, but he was regularly shown picking up MASK vehicles - note that he can only target one object at a time and he needs line of sight to activate the Lifter beam.
Weapons loadout: Lifter mask, composite body armor
THE MIDDLEWEIGHTS
Sgt. Slaughter (G.I. Joe) - Drill Instructor for the GI Joe team. Slaughter trains and teaches the borderline Joes, or ones that are thought to be 'expendable'. His boot camp makes even the Joe's training regime seem like a Sunday walk in the park. Tough, and incredibly strong (enough to rip trees out of the ground, or toll his custom vehicle over), he is an expert fighter and also carries a laser rifle. Slaughter has a hard as nails exterior, but is loyal to a fault. (“We all go home, or nobody goes home”) You can expect him on the front lines throwing down with twice as many COBRA troopers as any other single Joe has at one time.
MacBeth (Gargoyles) - The Macbeth we all know from the Shakespeare story with a twist. He is magically bound to the Gargoyle Demona which grants them both immortality. It also appears to have made some of his physical abilities above that of any normal human including the ability to regenerate wounds, although it’s not instantaneous. He has been training and fighting for over 1000 years now. He is a master tactician and a superb trap layer. He routinely carries a lightning pistol and a lot of assorted gadgets such as flashbang grenades. His fighting skills are unmatched in the Gargoyles universe.
Goliath (Gargoyles) - The leader of the Gargoyles, Goliath was one of the only Gargoyles to be given a name by the humans before they were frozen in stone for 1000 years. He is a superb leader and a very good planner. His strength is well beyond human, as he has lifted cars and ripped down steel doors without exerting himself too much. His claws are capable of ripping through steel. Like all Gargoyles, Goliath can’t fly, but he can glide on currents of air over vast distances, once he finds a high perch from which to leap off. He has shown to be stealthy when the need arises but he prefers the upfront approach. Goliath is also an excellent hand to hand fighter, mostly relying on brute strength, though he has a lot of actual skill as well.
Static Shock (Static Shock) - Virgil Hawkins was exposed to a Mutagenic gas which gave him the ability to control Electromagnetic Energy. This gives him lots of abilities. One of his main powers is magnetism; he has shown to be able to lift just about anything with it. He can also generate electromagnetic "shocks" which function just like lightning bolts. Static can generate electromagnetic shields to protect himself. The only gear he routinely carries are his Flying Disc which he pretty much TK's around so that he can fly and his communicator. The Justice League has asked him for help on more than one occasion, and while still a teenager he has gotten a lot of use out of his powers and has been able to stop some of the bigger superpowers in the DCU.
Hercules (Hercules) - Hercules is the son of Zeus, Ruler of the Olympian Pantheon, who was made mostly human by Hades, Lord of the Underworld. He was given a potion as a baby that was supposed to make him completely human but he didn’t drink it all. It instead made him mortal but he kept his godlike strength and durability. During the cartoon he was still a teenager so he doesn’t have as much fighting ability, but he makes up for that with his unreal power and toughness.
Igoo (Herculoids) - A large ape-like being made out of rock. Standing about 10 feet tall, Igoo relies on brute strength and whatever log or rock he can find to smash his opponents with. Not very intelligent but an extremely loyal companion.
The Maxx (MTV's Oddities) - The Maxx is stronger and faster than regular humans. His arms are topped with claws that are raised from the back of his hands. These claws can cut through pretty much anything he is strong enough to drive them into, and cannot be broken. He wears an apparently living mask, which crawls round his face, and bites those who try to touch the enlarged teeth. Being magical, his costume mends itself when damaged, and it's unclear as to whether or not his own injuries heal in the same magical manner.
Lion-O (Thundercats) - Lion-O is the leader of the Thundercats, still young and learning since landing as he aged within the escape pod. Armed with the Sword of Omens, which contains the Eye of Thundera, this weapon allows him to see danger, ("Sight beyond sight") and extended with each "Thunder!" to its full length. Lion-O also had the claw shield, which was very useful against Mumm-Ra with its reflective qualities, in addition to its grappling like abilities. As lord of the Thundercats, Lion-O could also command other feline animals.
Tygra (Thundercats) - Tygra is the brains of the Thundercats, and he helped construct the Cat's Lair, with the help of the Berbals. He uses a bolo whip as a devastating weapon and can also use it to become invisible for a short period of time. His agility and cat-like reflexes helps him to get out of many situations.
Kenshin Himura (Samurai X) - Kenshin is a wandering samurai type character from the Meiji era in Japanese history. Prior to becomeing a wanderer Kenshin was known as Battousai, the manslayer, an assassin during the revolutionary war between the Meiji and the Shogantate. Kenshin was such a skilled and successful assassin that very few people can identify him as the Battousai, despite the fact that he has a cross shaped scar on his cheek and that the Battousai was literaly a living legend, the title, and the deeds associated with it are famous all over Japan. Furthermore Kenshin's kills while the Battousai were so numerous and important that the revolution could not have succeeded without him. Kenshin now laments his assassin days and has sworn not to take another life, he carries a reverse blade sword however, and uses it to defend the weak.
Kenshin practices an enourmously elite and obscure sword fighting style known as Hitten Mitsurugi, also called sonic sword style. Mastery of this fighting style allows Kenshin to travel short distances faster than the eye can see, as well as to leave after images on occasion, he attacks even faster then that most of the time, especially from a battoujutsu stance, which is emphasized by the sword fighting style. Kenshin can also hit dramatically harder then his strength would warrant with his sword, he has shattered boulders and chopped through a lampost (which was thrown 20+ feet by the force of the attack) before. The Hitten Mitsurugi style has numerous special techniques including an attack that throws a shockwave along the ground, an attack that hits the 9 key areas of a person's body essentially simultaneously, and an attack that involves swinging ones sword so quickly that it creates a vacuum (the styles ultimate attack). In addition to all this Kenshin can detect peoples auras, he can tell when people are approaching from an enormous distance (for instance once he detected someone approaching a dojo he was staying in while they were still outside of it's outer wall) as well as determine things about that person's personality. Kenshin's greatest strength however is his ability to predict and counter his opponents attacks, after fighting someone for even a short time Kenshin can usually determine all the attacks they are going to throw as well as how to counter them, in fact Kenshin often determines counters for moves that people had previously thought were utterly unstoppable, and spelled instant death for their target, in minutes.
Yurameshi Yusuke (Yu Yu Hakusho, pre Dark Tournament) - Yusuke was a high school kid who was hit by a car and killed. However, instead of being transferred to heaven or hell, he was given the opportunity to come back to life by Kuenma, who is in charge of Heaven while his father is away. After completing some deeds, Yusuke
was returned to the realm of the living, but had to agree to become a Spirit Detective. As a Spirit Detective, it is Yusuke's job to hunt down rogue demons and defeat them. Yusuke's abilities include excellent martial arts skills, very high resistance to damage, and his most powerful ability, the Spirit Gun. The Spirit Gun focuses Yusuke's spirit energy into a powerful blast that can annihilate almost anything it hits. However, Yusuke can only fire the gun a limited number of times per day while his spirit energy recharges.
Captain N (Captain N & The Video Game Masters) - Captain N, aka Kevin Keene, is a 15 year old teen from Northridge, California. He is selected by the Ultimate Warp Zone to become the saviour of Videoland, as Captain N: The Video Game Master. At first Kevin isn't sure he wants to stay in Videoland, but eventually he decides to stay and fulfil his destiny as protector of Videoland. As Captain N, he has a powerful weapon called a Zapper which shoots laser-like beams of energy to de-digitize his enemies. He also wears a Power Pad, a wonderful item that provides him with the ability to jump much higher, run extremely fast, or stop time around him for a limited duration.
BraveStarr (Bravestarr) - On the distant planet of New Texas, Marshal BraveStarr uses his super powers (Eyes of the Hawk, Ears of the Wolf, Strength of the Bear, Speed of the Puma) to fight for the cause of justice. Armed with his high tech laser pistol, and his unwavering attitude to uphold the law no matter the cost, Bravestarr is a one man force for justice no matter what evil he is up against.
Mark (Battle Of The Planets) - Mark is a particularly strong and, generally, even-tempered leader of G-Force. Nobility and duty are extremely important to him, yet he has a throbbing passion for life and a vicious temper that tends to rise to the fore when Jason isn't around to balance him out. He is armed with his bladed, bird shaped, throwing star which returns to him when thrown. Though Mark changes as the years went on, and loved ones left his life, leaving him colder, harder, and angrier. Less sure of what is right, or that the good guys always win, and he more than struggles with those realizations. Like all members of G-Force, Mark is an incredibly skilled fighter, with superhuman speed and agility, and the ability to perform superhuman leaps as well as glide from near any height with his “bird wings”.
Jason (Battle Of The Planets) - Jason is the weapons expert of G-Force. He's the marksman (carries a pistol), and bird missiles and feather shuriken are his favourite ways of dealing with things. He can't seem to stand sitting still, he'd rather act and deal with the consequences later (often, to Mark's anger) than take the cautious approach. Doing something is far more important to Jason than making the "right" decision. Like all members of G-Force, Jason is an incredibly skilled fighter, with superhuman speed and agility, and the ability to perform superhuman leaps as well as glide from near any height with his “bird wings”.
Tula (Pirates of Dark Water) - Tula is a seventeen-year-old tavern wench who overhears Ren’s talk of setting out in search of the Thirteen Treasures of Rule. When she turned up as a stowaway on the stolen ship, the Wraith, she quickly establishes herself as an asset to the group. While Tula as a warrior can hold her own against any man, she also has a deep, nurturing sensitivity towards the environment of her living planet. a sensitivity which—early in the series—develops into the elemental powers of an Ecomancer Visually this power is manifested in a St. Elmo’s Fire that bathes her body and can be directed for the desired effect. However, she is not all-powerful. She can’t just point a finger and manipulate things from afar. She either needs to be in contact with what she wishes to manipulate, or there must be some synaptic connection to the object through which her power can travel (like the branches of trees, or roots of plants). Through sheer concentration she can tame (if only temporarily) the wildest beast. She can even get a Dragon to do her bidding. But these achievements take great concentration, and the stress of such an effort can leave her weak and vulnerable. Despite these limitations, however, Tula’s Ecomantic powers can serve as a godsend for their group, especially when they find themselves in desperate situations that can’t be saved with a sword or arrow.
Quicksilver (Silverhawks) - Lt. Jonathan Quick, field leader of the SilverHawks, is a decorated and distinguished soldier for his apparent youth. Former Head of Interplanetary Force 8, Quicksilver is normally accompanied by his bird/sidekick, Tallyhawk. (though in this TOC he is solo) Quicksilver is a cyborg who is capable of flight through space, has superhuman strength and durability, and he can also shoot laser beams from his shoulders (which is especially effective in while in flight)
Norman (Mighty Max) - Norman, a near-immortal (doesn't age) assigned as " The Guardian" of Mighty Max, the 11 year old child who will one day defeat Skullmaster and save the world. Norman is essentially a stock sword wielding fighter, in the show he is supposed to incredibly old, as well as have been several figures of myth and legend (they flat out say that he is both Thor, and Lancelot, other characters, like Beowulf, are implied). Norman carries a sword, but fights primarily with his hands (think in terms of the Kevin Sorbo Hercules), he has enhanced strength and toughness, and the skills that would be associated with his long life and legendary experiences
Zeta (Project Zeta) - aka Infiltration Unit Zeta, is a government robot designed to destroy targeted individuals. However, Zeta develops a conscience and runs away from the government so he won't have to destroy anymore. Zeta is pursued by a team of NSA agents, led by the ruthless Agent Bennett. On the way, he meets up with a 15 year old runaway, Ro Rowen. Together, they search for Zeta's creator, the elusive Dr. Selig, in an attempt to prove Zeta's sentience and earn him his freedom. Zeta has an advanced holographic projector, which allows him to disguise himself as anyone. He also has superhuman strength and durability
Pikachu (Pokemon) - Pikachu is the name of Ash Catchum's first pokemon which is a pickachu, also known as "electric rat". Pikachu is both wilful and intelligent for a pokemon, as well as very well trained. Pikachu's main power is a strong electrical attack that involves him surrounding his body with electrical energy and shooting a bolt of electricity about as big around as a head that he can throw a fairly long way (typically at any target he can see barring extremely long distances, for instance he couldn't hit a plane flying overhead), Pikachu can also surround himself with a field of electricity that can reach about 20 feet across (maybe more). Pikachu can regulate the strength of his shocks up to being strong enough to destroy stone structures easily. In addition to his electricity, Pikachu is very quick, he uses his speed as an effective defence at range and in close combat, and he is a skilled close combat fighter.
Sailor Uranus (Sailor Moon) - A strong fighter even before she received her powers and now an almost peerless warrior, Uranus is among the strongest of the Sailor Scouts. Her powers, linked to the planet of her namesake and her being a reincarnation of the protector/princess of an ancient kingdom, are fairly formidable. She has minor enhanced strength and toughness (as well as minor protection from most effects, i.e. heat, electricity, cold, magic, affects her no more and reduced as much from her protection as a physical blow), noticeably enhanced agility, and a more direct ability: World Shaking, a powerful Earth-based (or rather, Uranus-based) attack that launches a very destructive sphere at her target, damaging the ground on the way and exploding on impact. She also possesses the Space Saber, a magic sword made of light that can pierce through or cut almost anything, and can fire a light beam attack (which she rarely uses, as it's not as powerful as her World Shaking, and preferring to save her sword for up close, where very few foes can survive it and her skills). Like all Sailor Scouts, she can also sense the presence of enemies and has a variety of abilities that rely on working with other scouts.
Ken (Fist Of The North Star) - Ken is an enlightened warrior. He has been given the moniker "Fist of the North Star." He hands are capable of killing a normal man in one punch or healing the sick. Seeking his love Julia, who was taken from him by Shin, the Fist of the South Star, Ken wanders the wastelands, fighting those who would prey on the weak and sowing the seeds of hope for those who will accept. Even as his own mission drives him onward, destiny will bring him new friends and old enemies.
He can also cut 2 story wrecking balls in half with a single punch, can blow up a tank with a couple of punchs, leap about 20 feet in the air, dodges thousands of arrows, spears, and take on groups of about a thousand people at once.
Samurai Jack (Samurai Jack) - Samurai Jack is actually an alias for this mysterious warrior. He was originally the samurai warrior who nearly defeated Aku, the Master of Darkness. Before the final blow was struck, Aku tore open a time portal, sending the samurai into a future where Aku’s evil is law. Not being able to remember his own name, he took on the alias Jack, as this was what the citizens first called him. He now searches for any method to return to the past to prevent the dark future he is now trapped in, and along the way, trying to help the people oppressed by Aku. He is amazingly skilled in hand-to-hand combat and wields a magical sword that can never be used for evil intentions. He is also incredibly fast, as he wears no body armour at all. Jack can be most noted for his ability to take out groups of demons and mechanical warriors within minutes, and he once defeated an army comprised of the greatest warriors in the world, resurrected to fight him courtesy of Demango. Also, his will to fight and bravery are unequalled, and he continues to fight Aku and has beaten him on several occasions.
Man-At-Arms (He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe) - Man-At-Arms is the Captain of the guard of the Royal family of Eternia. Duncan (his real name) comes from a long line of scientists and armament specialists who have served the good forces of Eternia for generations. Man-At-Arms prefers tinkering in his lab, but when it comes time to battle, he grids himself in special automatic armour that contains an array of gadgets and devices depending on whom or what he faces. When He-Man needs information about Skeletor's diabolical technology, Man-At-Arms provides it. He also mentors Prince Adam and trains Teela in all the arts of defence and offence.
Serpentor (G.I. Joe) - Unlike most of the people serving in the ranks of Cobra, Serpentor is more than human in his genetic composition, being an amalgamation of the DNA of the world's greatest conquerors from times past including Julius Caesar, Genghis Khan, King Solomon, Alexander the Great, Count Dracula and many others. Though this gives him occasional problems when the personas that comprise his psyche disagree on a course of action, their combined power and knowledge make Serpentor a dangerous foe! Serpentor has enhanced strength, venomous blood, and he wears custom designed bio-engineered body armour. He also has a pair of poisonous snakes that he wears around his neck which he can throw as a javelin (these snakes regrow after being thrown) as well as a personalized flying “Cobra -glider” equipped with 2 missiles and twin machine guns.
Agent Paper (Read Or Die) - Agent Paper is the code name of Yomiko Readman, she works for a international secret service agency that retrieves rare and old books (why this agency needs superhuman badasses is beyond me, but anyway).Paper is what is called a "paper master" she has the superhuman ability to control paper, she can alter its hardness, as well as its chemical properties. In the show she is capable of making paper harder than steel but still as light as paper, as well as making it adhesive, she can also cause it to absorb the force of impacts entirely, as well as prevent her paper from catching fire (although it will burn so long as it is in open flame). She can throw pieces of her hard paper with amazing accuracy, to what would almost be a superhuman level, she can also build simple constricts from paper very quickly (for example she can wave her hand through a pile of paper and have it form into a barrier provided there was enough paper there to create the barrier from). Aside from this Agent Paper also seems to posses superhuman reflexes as she can block bullets fired at close range with pieces of paper the size of index cards as well as engage characters in combat that can block bullets easily. Readman typically wears a long coat the pockets of which are filled with index cards and has a rolling briefcase like piece of luggage with her that is filled with nothing but blank pieces of paper, these are the only weapons she typically carries (aside from pocket money).
Mightor (The Mighty Mightor) - Mightor is the super-powered form of the prehistoric hunter Tor. On a hunting trip Tor and his companion Tog (a flying lizard) saved an old hermit from a T-Rex. In gratitude the hermit gave Tor a magic club that transforms him into Mightor, and transforms Tog into a fire breathing dragon. Mightor has super-human strength and durability, can fly, and can shoot beams of destructive energy from his club.
Peter Pan (Peter Pan & the Pirates) - well, he's not your typical Disney character, that's for sure. This version of Pan is far more action-oriented (he's voiced by James Marsden - the guy who played Cyclops), and his weekly adventures pit him against such threats as ghosts and frost giants along with comparatively mundane pirates. His playful fighting style often causes opponents to underestimate him, but make no mistake - Peter is Neverland's finest fencer. His heightened agility on land and in the air combine with his swordarm and his mischievous detachable shadow to make him a surprisingly lethal threat.
Skills and weapons loadout: flight (if using old AD&D ratings, he's Class A maneuverability), slightly superhuman reflexes, independent shadow, rapier, knife
Robin (Witch Hunter Robin) - In Robin's world witches are like mutants (the Marvel variety). Robin is a witch who works with a secret branch of the Japanese Police (originally she did the same work in England) to apprehend or destroy witches who use their powers for illegal ends. Robin's only weapon are her fire powers, she can create fire and heat that is small enough to heat soup, to large enough to destroy houses along her line of sight (Robin can cause things to burst into flame as well as throw fire at them). Robin can also defend herself from attacks by incinerating the incoming attack (she can burn bullets out of the air with little difficulty), she can also protect herself from non-burnable attacks like fire and telekinetic force by willing them to stop (this may only work on craft based attacks, and is an ability all witches seem to share), Robin must be aware of the incoming attack to defend herself however. Robin has slight difficulty controlling fires about as large as cars, significant difficulty if she isn't wearing her glasses. Due to this she tends to use her power efficiently instead of grandiosely.
Sandor (Star Blazers) - Chief Technician of the Star Force, Leader of the Engineering Group on the Argo.
In the future, Earth comes under bombardment from the Gamelon Empire. Unless a cure is found, the radiation will kill all life on Earth. Sandor is the Chief Technician on the ship sent to get the cure from Iskandar. As a member of the Star Force, Sandor has been trained in hand-to-hand combat, marksmanship and piloting in addition to his incredible scientific skills. He would regularly make incredible adaptions to the Argo's technology on the fly, twice creating shields to protect the ship from outside assault.
An accident in childhood left Sandor with artificial limbs. These limbs give Sandor slightly enhanced strength and durability. They also have powerful explosives with timers inside of them. However, since the explosives are actually integrated into the limbs, he has to actually remove the limb and leave it behind to use as a bomb.
He carries a blaster pistol and tool pouch as regular equipment.
Aeon Flux (Aeon Flux) - Aeon is an assassin/saboteur in a dark futuristic world. She has no conscience and no worries about killing people. She is incredibly nimble, capable of performing near impossible feats of agility (though she can't dodge a bullet), and is a experienced hand to hand combatant She shoots from the hip and is superhumanly accurate, getting a killing shot with almost every bullet fired. Her equipment includes an automatic pistol with grapple hook attachment, binoculars, and an extremely skimpy outfit.
King Arthur (King Arthur And The Knights Of Justice) -The evil sorceress Morgana Le Faye banishes the real King Arthur and his Knights forever sealing them in an tomb of ice. In defense Merlin, protector of Camelot, is forced to search through time to replace them with modern day quarterback Arthur King and his whole New York Knights football team! Arthur King, the QB of the team is granted the title of King Arthur, until the real King is freed. Arthur is a natural leader. He wears magical armor crafted by Merlin. He is also armed with the magical sword Excalibur.
THE HEAVY WEIGHTS
Big Guy (Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot, 1990s) - Big Guy is a giant robot built by the U.S. government to protect the Earth from mutants, aliens, monsters, and similar threats. Big Guy is 15 feet tall, he is made of 10 tons of titanium and can lift 200 tons. Big guy can fly, even into space and travel underwater. Big Guy's cockpit includes a radio and loudspeaker. His weapon systems are:
Chain guns
Machine guns
Missile launchers with loads including sidewinders and tranquilizer missiles (in forearms)
Lasers
Cranial blaster
Grenades (in knuckles), including EMP pulse grenades
Exploding 'hand' grenade
BGY Incendiary Trigger Device (103)
flamethrowers
circular saw in back of wrist fists and feet!
Equipment includes:
Winch and rope (on tailbone) (121)
Bomb defuser in fingertip (106, 109)
'Party favor' fireworks (103, 121)
Outboard turbine motors for travel in water (123)
Jumper cables (112)
Big Guy was sucessfully piloted by Lieutenant Dwayne Hunter until his retirement, he has recently been brought out of reitirement to train his replacement: Rusty.
Wizardmon (Digimon) - Wizardmon was originally thought to be a member of the evil forces. Later, it was discovered that he works against evil, and has aided and defended the Digidestined ever since. In the end, he selflessly sacrificed himself to save both the human and digital worlds. He is adept at trickery, full of wisdom, has exceptional stealth and tracking skills and unequaled willpower and bravery. He is gifted in magic and his powers include flight, telepathy, the ability to heal others, creation of thunderstorms powerful enough to jam communications, and the ability to emit fireballs from his hands. His body is also incredibly durable.
Weapons load out: Wizardmon in almost never depicted without his Digitama Wand. Although he does not need it to cast spells, he apparently needs it to levitate himself and amplify his magic power.
Genjo (Read Or Die) - Genjo is a monk from the Chinese historical legend "Saiyuki". He is a phenominal combatant that has superhuman strength (enough to breack through stonework and flip a submarine over) as well as superhuman reflexes (he blocks bullets with ease, as well as avoids fairly large explosions). He carries a magical staff that can extend to tremendous lengths (from the surface of the Earth into orbit), and can breath fire to a distance of about 15-20 feet max. He can summon a little cloud to fly on, but he prefers to fight from the ground, and he can part bodies of water. In addition to these skills and powers Genjo is unbelievably perceptive at one point someone was spying on him via satellite while he was having a conversation, Genjo stopped talking looked up at the satellite and then destroyed it with his staff. Note that Genjo either will not or cannot do this unless he has a clear line of sight to his target, as he had ample opportunity in the series and chose not too.
Vash the Stampede (Trigun) - Vash is one of the fastest gunslingers-ever. He can make 3-6 shots sound like only one shot and he can easily dodge bullets shot at him by calculating the trajectory of the gun and timing. He also could qualify for Probability Control seeing as how he could "change trajectories" with line of sight. Vash also has about 150 years of fighting experience with him-but he doesn't kill. That's one of the only things keeping him from being superheavyweight. He is great at getting out of tight spots without having to resort to a lot of killing. Vash's weapon includes his giant handgun, a machine gun that is part of his left arm. Vash's handgun is also key to his most deadly weapon-the Angel Arm. If triggered properly, a large "bazooka" like weapon forms out of the hand that holds Vash's handgun. It's power is deadly as that it blew a whole in one of the moons of the planet he lives on. That gun also destroyed two cities. Arguably one of the best weapons in the tournament is being wielded by an unkilling gunslinger. Did I mention Vash the Stampede goes mental for donuts and will for the most part act like a stupid imbecile? Well he does-and that's another thing keeping him from becoming a superheavyweight.
Perout Le Fou (Cowboy Bebop) - Perout le Fou was a government project. Apparantly, Perout had a chance to escape and so he did and killed everyone that got in his way and recently was tracking down all who participated in the project. In the experiment, enhancements were done to his body and not only does he have some sort of force field that can repel almost all ranged attacks, but he can seemingly float/fly. Perout le Fou lives to kill and anyone who meets him never lives long enough to tell about it. Perout's cache of weapons include a long cane that can fire missiles, machine gun bullets, and hidden in the confines of his jacket are other weapons for either close or ranged combat. Perout can also seemingly dodge point blank attacks and is a very good fight up close himself. His one weakness are those of cats. He has a psychological terror from the beasts due to the experiments done to him. Spike Spiegel was able to defeat him when Perout saw into Spike's fake eye and saw that of a cat like glimmer which reminded him of the cat that watched him behind the glass. Perout hesitated and Spike tossed the knife and hit Perout who lost concentration and could not keep up his energy shield and was hit in the leg. Perout's mind was so tortured that he reverted to the mind of a child. The pain in his shin made him cry out as he was crushed by a parade of animatronic machines (Spike and Perout fought at an amusement park).
Alec DeLeon & E-Frame (ExoSquad) - one of the finest pilots in ExoSquad's elite Able Company, Alec DeLeon serves as the second-in-command to company captain JT Marsh. A superb leader and tactician in his own right, DeLeon is also an electronics wizard who has trained extensively in both espionage and counterespionage. While all ExoSquad pilots communicate with their vehicles through a direct neural link, DeLeon has achieved an almost telepathic link with his Wraith communications e-frame. As a result of their extended contact, the e-frame has achieved a limited form of sentience and DeLeon's consciousness has imprinted itself on the mech's black box. After DeLeon sustained mortal injuries in battle, he was "reborn" when that consciousness was transferred to a "Neomega" clone body. Although indistinguishable from a normal human, DeLeon now has physical attributes that are far above human levels, with enhanced strength, reflexes, endurance (with no need for sleep), and an ability to withstand extreme temperatures and pressures. His e-frame is one of the most advanced in the fleet, sporting an array of surveillance equipment and weapons systems. Its heads-up radar display can gather information on incoming threats at planetary ranges, and its on-board countermeasures package can jam or eavesdrop on enemy communications from a similar distance. Its weapons systems include a quad-arrayed missile launcher, a sonic cannon, and Gatling cannon. Additionally, Alec carries a personal sidearm.
Weapons loadout and physical summary: Alec DeLeon - enhanced strength, virtually unlimited endurance, greatly heightened reflexes, in addition to formidable skills as a pilot, tactician, and espionage/electronic warfare officer. Wraith E-Frame - powered mech, approx. 7 meters tall; armor and propulsion systems sufficient to perform advanced dog fighting maneuvers both in atmosphere and deep space. Sensor array capable of detecting fist-sized objects at over-the-horizon ranges. Electronic countermeasures system can jam or spoof enemy communications and sensors at ranges in excess of 100 miles. Offensive weapons include a battery of advanced tracking missiles, a sonic cannon that can stun or incapacitate biological targets, and a 30mm chain gun.
Kensin (Fist Of The North Star) - Ken is an enlightened warrior. He can also cut 2 story wrecking balls in half with a single punch, can blow up a tank with a couple of punches, leap about 20 feet in the air, dodge thousands of arrows, spears, and take on groups of about a thousand people at once.
Stitch (Lilo & Stitch) - Stitch is the 626th experiment created by the evil genius scientist Jumba Jukiba. Stitch is impervious to most harm and is incredibly strong, able to lift over 3,000 times his body weight. His only real weakness is that his dense body will not float in water. Stitch can use his clawed hands to climb across walls or even on the ceiling as quick as he can walk. Currently Stitch is working with his best friend Lilo to find all of the other 625 experiments. Usually, this leads to a conflict with his "cousin" so Stitch is very experienced with dealing with a wide variety of foes with many different abilities.
Mon*Star (Silverhawks) - Leader of the mob in the region of space called Limbo, and archenemy of the Silverhawks. When exposed to the Moon Star of Limbo, he chanted "Moon Star of Limbo... Give me the might, the muscle, the menace of Mon*Star!" He then transforms into a hulking red monstrosity. Mon*Star has tough metal skin, posses immense strength, and can fire a very powerful “Energy Star” from one of his eyes, which will follow its chosen target. (similar to Darkseid’s Omega Beams, though slower in speed) He also rides a flying armored, space squid into battle, allowing him the mobility and speed to better fight his hated enemies, the Silverhawks.
Savage Dragon (Savage Dragon) - The only super human cop on the Chicago police force, Officer Dragon battles the forces of the Vicious Circle, a group of super freaks lead by the villainous Overlord. Dragon possesses super strength, is bullet-proof, immune to fire and has advanced healing factor that can even fight off the effects of mind control. Dragon also has a sarcastic wit that he uses to get under his enemy’s skin.
Magmar (Rock Lords) - Magmar is the most cunning and evil-minded of the Rock Lords. His domineering personality and physical strength make him a fearful presence to all but the most brave. Magamr lives to conquer the rock planet Quartex. His favorite activity is combat. Wielding his Ax-Rifle with deadly accuracy, he assaults foes scattering rocks and pebbles as he goes.
Megatron (Transformers) - Love, compassion, and mercy are words that have no meaning for Megatron. He has risen to the leadership of the Decepticons by a combination of brute strength, military cunning, ruthlessness, and terror. On Cybertron he was commanding general in charge of all military operations against the Autobots, who referred to him as "The Slag-Maker." It was a title of fear. A title of respect. A title Megatron relished. His “banishment” to Earth has only made him more bitter and more evil-minded, if that is possible. He aches to return to Cybertron and complete his mission of eradicating the Autobots. But while on Earth he is dedicated to eliminating those Autobots marooned here with him - and his plans go far beyond that. He realizes the Earth is one huge stockpile of metal and fuel resources and means to possess it all, with the aid of his fellow Decepticons. But his plans go even further, plans so grandiose even his fellow Decepticons are unaware: Megatron intends to enslave the entire human race. He allows no exceptions to his motto.
Abilities: Megatron is incredibly powerful and intelligent, the equal of Autobot Leader Optimus Prime. His fusion cannon can convert any small amount of matter into large quantities of explosive nuclear energy. The cannon can fire a blast up to 12 miles and release enough energy to flatten a very large area.
Charizard (Pokemon) - Charizard is a dragon-like pokemon about the size of a horse. He can breathe fire in a stream about as big around as a person. In addition to fire breath Charizard has enhanced strength and durability, and can fly extremely quickly, a trait he uses to assist in aerial combat maneuvers. Charizard is prideful and conceited, he has become obstinate and hard to control in this form, but in the end is one of the most powerful Pokemon ever.
Captain Planet (Captain Planet And The Planeteers) - Earth's greatest champion, Captain Planet is all five of the Planeteers' powers, magnified. He can control all the elements Earth, Fire, Wind, and Water, and can communicate telepathically with the power of Heart. He can also become any of the elements at any time. If Captain Planet comes into contact with a polluting or toxic substance, he becomes weakened and must come in contact with an unpolluted element to regain his strength.
She-Ra (She-Ra: Princess Of Power) - Princess Adora is the twin sister of Prince Adam (He-Man) of Eternia. As a baby she was stolen by Hordak and bought up under a spell until He-Man found her and gave her the Sword of Protection. When she lifts up the sword and says "For the honour of Grayskull, I am She-Ra", she transforms into She-Ra, princess of power. She-Ra possesses super strength and toughness, though not as great as her brother. She is agile, able to reflect laser blasts or magical spells back to the attacker with her sword. She also has the ability to communicate with animals.
Cy-Kill (Challenge Of The Go-Bots) - Leader of the evil Renegade GoBots, is one of the most feared villains in the galaxy. Under his command, the Renegades have conquered GoBotron on several occasions and endangered several other worlds. Usually a calculating menace, he is occasionally prone to violent fits of rage. When a plan is successful, however, his arrogance can reach dangerous levels. Though a capable strategist and fighter on the battlefield, this flaw will often break a mission. Cy-Kill can fire energy blasts from his fists and also has laser eye beams. Cy-Kill is also capable of flight as a robot. Cy-Kill stands about 15 –20 ft tall
Leader-1 (Challenge Of The Go-Bots) - Leader of the Guardians, Leader-1 seeks to defeat Cy-Kill and his army of Renegades. Leader-1 can change into a jet fighter, in addition, he can fire energy blasts from his fists, and project a force field around himself and others close by. Leader-1 stands about 15 ft tall
Inuyasha (Inuyasha) - Inuyasha is a half-demon that inhabits Japan during the feudal era. He has super-strength and agility and can leap tremendous distances, he also possess tremendously keen senses (many of the demons in Inuyasha's world are aspected to animals, Inuyasha is a dog demon). Aside from the raw damage he can inflict with his claws Inuyasha can throw magical claw like attacks a significant distance that are much more destructive than his base physical attacks. Inuyasha's main weapon however is the Tetsusaiga, a magical sword forged from his father's teeth, it is far more damageing than Inuyasha's normal attacks and can throw a few magical attacks of its own including a wind based shockwave (called the Wind Scar), a variation of the same that is used to counter magical attacks and throw them back at their point of origin, and an attack used solely to destroy magical barriers. When badly wounded Inuyasha goes berserk all his physical attributes increase substantially and he becomes savage (he will not use the Tetsusaiga during these fits however), he also ignores pain and seems to regenerate. Inuyasha, is arrogant, coarse and prideful, he is prone to rash action and isn't one for complex plans.
Zok (Herculoids) - Zok is a flying dragonlike monster that serves as ranged air support for the "Herculoids". Zok is about the size of a small dragon and can fire beams of energy from his eyes and tail that have the power to destroy stonework and machinery. Zok is a skilled flyer and can attack while evading pursuit and enemy fire. He has the intelligence of a fairly intelligent animal, and little apparent prevailing personality traits.
Mumm-Ra the Ever Living (Thundercats) - The primary nemesis of the Thundercats, this slave to the Ancient Spirits of Evil has survived for thousands of years on Third Earth. Upon saying "Ancient Spirits of Evil, transform this decayed form to Mumm-Ra, the Ever-Living!" he transforms from a decrepit form to a monstrous creature. He possesses incredible magical powers, can fly and is also the wielder of the awesome Sword of Plundarr. His only weakness is a relatively limited stamina; he needs often to return to his Pyramid to regenerate.
Optimus Prime (Transformers) – If he had been on Earth, he would be a doctor, a mechanic, a scientist and a warrior. But on Cybertron there is no difference between these professions. So Optimus uses his skills to heal and repair- which are the same things to Autobots- to improve the world around him and, if necessary, to fight. Both in power and intelligence, he has no equal. He has the personality of an Abraham Lincoln. He can be immensely kind and his compassion extends to all that lives, including the creatures of Earth. Yet he will battle unceasingly to protect the weak and defend what he believes in. To accomplish this, Optimus knows that the Decepticons must be defeated for all time.
Abilities: Optimus Prime is the most powerful of all the “normal-size” Autobots, and his strength, intellect, durability, bravery and fighting prowess are unmatched by any of them. He carries a personalized laser rifle that can burn a hole in the nosecone of a Decepticon jet fighter at a vast distances, aided by his outstanding visual acuity. In addition to his vast physical powers, he also houses the Autobot Matrix of Leadership, an ancient artifact containing the wisdom of all the Autobot leaders before him, which helps Optimus lead and command the Autobots with the utmost wisdom and intellect. He is the perfect solider, and the perfect Commander for the Autobots in their battle against the Decepticons.
Birdman (Birdman) - Birdman's powers come directly from his ability to absorb sunlight. Deriving his powers from the Egyptian sun god Ra, Birdman is able to store them and transform this energy into super might, destructive sun bolts, or an invisible force shield - both of which he generates with his hands. Armed with these abilities, as well as wings which enable him to fly, Birdman patrols the skies over Central City aided by Birdboy and his eagle Avenger. Birdman can call Avenger for assistance via a communicator on his neck, the bird being powerful enough to carry Birdman on those occasions when he is cut off from the sun's rays-as in a dark room or cavern-and goes limp, or is stunned by artillery fire. (for this TOC, Birdman will be fighting solo) When not airborne, Birdman relaxes in his volcano headquarters, where he can only be contacted by secret operative Falcon 7.
Lancer (Robotech) - Lt. Lance "Lancer" Belmont was part of the first wave of the REF attempting to free Earth from the Invid. He was shot down and spent the next 5 years working under cover in resistance against the Invid. He is a highly trained combatant and covert operative. He is a courageous and skilled warrior who seldom loses his cool. It is this calculated reserve and his sharp, analytical mind that make him a natural at covert operations. He can quickly size up a situation and take the most appropriate action. Although cunning, experienced and loyal, Lancer is best as an independent operative or a solid second in command. He is NOT the leader type.
VR-041 Sabre Cyclone - Lancer's mecha is a motorcycle that transforms itself into battle armor. The armor can fly, increases his running speed, leaping distance and strength. The armor has dual chest-mounted missile racks. Lancer also carries the standard H-90 Gallant side-arm.
The feature that makes the Sabre different than other cyclone models is the arm-blades. When activated a large blade comes out of the back of each arm. These ceramic blades are further enhanced by a power-field generated by the armor that allows them to cut through nearly anything. The field also allows the arms to be used as shields.
King Kong (Kong) - We all know the original "Kong" was tragically shot down many years ago. The woman weeping at his side was actually a brilliant young scientist and pioneer of genetic research. Using Kong's DNA and a small amount of human DNA taken from her grandson, Jason Jenkins, a new "Kong" was born. Now, years later, "Kong" and his prehistoric island are once again in danger. When "Kong" gets in over his mighty head, facing gigantic prehistoric creatures and DNA mutants, Jason is there to help. By logging onto the Internet, Jason can engage his unique cyber-link and merge with "Kong"!
Sesshoumaru (Inuyasha) - Sesshoumaru is a full blooded demon and the half-brother of Inuyasha. As a demon Sesshoumaru super-humanly strong, quick, and tough, he will suffer little to no injury from normal weapons, and can move fast enough that even skilled human fighters can't touch him, he can leap several stories. Sesshoumaru can create a magical whiplike strand of energy from his hand that extends about 20-25 feet, this magical whip inflicts significantly greater damage that Sesshoumaru himself, cutting people to ribbons and grievously wounding even giant demons easily. Sesshoumaru's favorite attack form however is his magical sword the Tokijin, and extremely evil blade that drives it's wielders mad (it has thus far failed to effect Sesshoumaru), the Tokijin can fire beams of magical energy about as big around as a human's torso. In addition to the Tokijin Sesshoumaru carries another magical sword called the Tensaiga, this weapon can heal any injury, and has been known to protect its wielder from death, Sesshoumaru either can't or won't use it on himself. As a demon Sesshoumaru can also transform into a house sized dog monster with acid saliva, he seems to prefer his human form however after losing his arm in demon form. Sesshoumaru is arrogant, superior, and prideful, he has lived for hundreds of years and is something of a noble in the demon community, during this time he has served as leader of his father's demon armies on more than one occasion. Though not totally above trickery Sesshoumaru seems to generally feel that subterfuge is beneath him.
Evil-Lyn (He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, 2002 edition) - like Starscream was to Megatron, Evil-Lyn is Skeletor's number two. And like Starscream, she's a scheming plotter with more than her share of ambition and power. A mighty sorceress, she has displayed the ability to level an entire forest with a blast of flame, summon sandstorms, hypnotize with a gaze, and transform rain into a shower of boulders. (most of this through the help of certain magical artifacts and objects) Her Shaper Staff can transform the physical properties of anything it touches, and it is topped with a crystal that allows her to survey events from a great distance.
Weapons and physical abilities - Evil-Lyn has the full complement of abilities that one would expect of a high-level mage. While focusing primarily on transmutation, she has also cast an array of spells that range from the flashiest of fireballs to the most subtle of mind effects. Her staff can reshape virtually any physical object, and her scrying crystal can pinpoint her enemies from miles away. As Skeletor's chief lieutenant, she has demonstrated herself to be a gifted commander, a skilful long-range planner, and a master manipulator.
SkullMaster (Mighty Max) - The arch nemesis of the Mighty One and the main villain of the series, SkullMaster is an ancient warrior-sorcerer whose lust for power has driven him to destroy at least two civilizations - the Lemurians and the Atlanteans. He destroyed the Lemurians out of wrath when they wouldn't give him the secrets of the key, and he used the souls of Atlantis to power his Crystal of Souls. At some point, he was imprisoned deep within the earth, where he sealed the reigning king, Lava Lord, into solid rock and took control of his minions. During the second season, SkullMaster was free to roam the earth and proceeded to cause all kinds of trouble.
Saw Boss (Jayce And The Wheeled Warriors) - Saw Boss rules his own empire, which he seized by invading other worlds. Saw Boss is a good strategist, specializing in conquest and trap-setting. He is very intimidating and will tolerate no challenges to his authority. Because he is a plant, defoliants, pesticides, and anything else that harms plants can hurt him as well. He is also vulnerable to bright light, extreme heat, and positive magic, but he is quite durable against most other forms of attack. Saw Boss is a bit superstitious and is thus wary of mystics. Saw Boss possesses clairvoyance, able to pinpoint people and things over a long distance. When he steps out of his headquarters, Saw Boss often changes into his vehicle form, a heavily armored battle vehicle. He is the largest of the wheeled Monster Mind vehicles and possesses a distinctive gold buzz-saw. He's about the size of a semi in vehicle form.
Skeletor (He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe) - the leader of the Council of Evil and would-be master of Castle Grayskull, Skeletor is a threat at any distance. His ram-headed Havoc Staff fires bolts of energy (either as a burst or as a tracking stream) that can shatter stone and disrupt magical constructs. Should his opponent survive long enough to engage him at close range, Skeletor's skill as a melee combatant is surpassed only by He-Man himself. His Legacy Armor is highly resistant to physical damage and his spell-casting abilities, while not as pronounced as those of his associate Evil-Lyn, are nonetheless quite formidable (he has shown a particular knack for manipulating earth and rock). An alchemist in his human days, he has a keen intellect, and is also quite skilled at fusing the worlds of magic and science (his experiments led to the creation of some of his more notable henchmen).
Weapons and physical abilities - Skeletor possesses greatly enhanced strength and resilience, along with an unquenchable desire to unlock the secrets of Castle Grayskull. He is a fearsome melee weapon combatant, wielding both his Havoc Staff and a vicious double-bladed sword. His Havoc Staff is also an impressive ranged weapon, capable of bringing down a castle wall in a single blast. His armor incorporates the power of one of Eternia's most powerful artifacts - the Legacy Stone. Only the most powerful of attacks could hope to breach the armor's enchantment. His magical skills tend to focus more on manipulation and the enhancement of his minions, but he has demonstrated knowledge of a number of fairly effective combat spells.
Rick Hunter (Robotech) - An extremely gifted pilot, Rick was at the maiden launch of the SDF-1. When the SDF-1 accidentally warped outside the orbit of Pluto, Rick was among those taken. He joined the military, piloting the transforming Veritech fighter. Rick became the leader of the most elite unit, Skull Squadron.
His VF-1 Veritech mecha has 3 modes - fighter (a space capable airplane with twin forward facing lasers & assorted missles with warheads ranging from smoke to nuclear), battloid (a 40' tall humanoid form with 4 head mounted lasers and a 3 barrel 53mm rifle gun-pod) and guardian (the front half of the jet with the battloid's arms & legs).
Thundra (Aladdin) - Thundra is a bird about the size of a small child. She lives in a rain forest that she claims as her own and is responsible for all the world’s weather. She commands weather via a medallion that she wears around her neck, this allows her to direct clouds and winds to do things (she can give them orders and they will follow them as if they were sentient, even without her needing to be there, for example she could tell them to rain in Peru for 2 days and they would go to Peru and do it). Thundra can be called upon to create essentially an naturally occurring weather pattern as well as some irregular ones (like a pyramid of clouds).Thundra needs there to be a fair amount of wind and such to work with to create weather however (when confined to Mechanicleze's small indoor lair, she apparently couldn't use her weather control to free herself). In addition to her weather powers, the amulet allows Thundra to sit on clouds (and extend the same privilege to other if she so desires) and fly much, much faster and with greater manoeuvrability than she otherwise could naturally (while trailing a rainbow behind herself). Besides that she has no physical buffs of any kind.
THE SUPER-HEAVYWEIGHTS
Venger (Dungeons & Dragons) – In a realm of might and magic, there is none more evil than the dreaded demon, Venger. A Master level sorcerer and wizard, capable of nearly every magical feat known in the D&D universe, this demon is Lord to virtually every vile, loathsome creature of evil in his entire world, save for Tiamat, the Dragon Queen. He also routinely rides a flying Nightmare, a dark and evil demon horse of darkness and flame, which he can and has attacked from while atop his mount. His main goal in the series stems around the capture of the magic weapons from Dungeons Master’s pupils, which will grant him the added power to defeat Tiamat, and then possibly one day his father…..the Dungeon Master himself.
Tiamat (Dungeons & Dragons) – Tiamat is the Queen of all evil dragons in the realm of Dungeons and Dragons. This Gigantic 5 headed dragon has immense power and intellect, and she can breath multiple breath weapons of fire, cold, poison gas, lightning and acid ooze (each separately or all at once) to devastating effect, in addition to flight, and vast physical and magical durability. Queen of the most powerful race of creatures in her world, and the only being in the D&D universe Venger fears, its no wonder Tiamat is one of the most powerful beings in her entire realm.
Shendu (Jackie Chan Adventures) - This fire-breathing dragon-like Demon Sorcerer ruled ancient China with his siblings. His powers are held within 12 talismans that he absorbs within his body. Each talisman is based on a different sign of the Chinese zodiac. His powers include super speed (rabbit), immortality (dog), flight and telekinesis (rooster), invisibility (snake), fire blasts (dragon), healing (horse), astral projection (sheep), animal shapeshifting (monkey) heat beam eyes (pig), and super strength above his own demonic form (ox). The other two talismans are spiritual balance (tiger) and animation of the inanimate (rat). The talismans can only be removed from his body by magical means. Shendu is manipulative, arrogant and powerful.
Genie (Aladdin) - Originally the "Genie of the lamp" that was hidden inside the Cave of Wonders, Genie had phenomenal cosmic powers and could do whatever his master wanted with three exceptions. 1) He can't kill, 2) He can't raise the dead and 3) He can't make people fall in love. When Aladdin set him free, Genie gained free will over his powers, but they were reduced to the semi-phenomenal nearly-cosmic level. Although he could probably do whatever he wanted (that doesn't break the rules), Genie's sense of humour is often his downfall. While trying to be funny, he is often bested; Even by people with much less power then him.
BlackWarGreymon (Digimon) - BlackWarGreymon was born out of the black towers that remained after the Digimon Emperor was defeated. A being made for pure destruction; he spent most of his life in search of a purpose and meaning for his life. He nearly destroyed the Digital World by destroying six of the seven holy stones. Ruthless, merciless, and virtually unstoppable, anything that stood in his way, he annihilated. He flies incredibly fast, has the power so create a “supernova” in his hands, and can create tornadoes by spinning. He is also armed with an indestructible shield and two claws specifically designed to kill dragon creatures, and has shown great proficiency in using them.
Oberon (Gargoyles) - Oberon has been around a long, long time. His origins are lost to us, but he is the unquestioned Lord of Avalon and Ruler of the Third Race, the Fae. Oberon is the most powerful of all of the Third Race. At full strength, he can, with a thought or gesture, do practically anything, including putting an entire city to sleep, growing as tall as a skyscraper, summoning lightning storms, and projecting magical blasts. He is also very arrogant and regal, doing as he sees fit with anything. Oberon's magical energy does have limits, although reaching those limits takes considerable time. He does have the typical fay weakness to iron, which seems to drain his energy quicker.
Metlar (Inhumanoids) - Metlar is the leader of the Inhumanoids. He lives in the Earth’s core where he rules over his kingdom of Infernac. His goal is to have the entire Earth's surface covered with molten lava and also to destroy the Earth Corps. Metlar looks like a giant brown goblin with silver plates covering his torso. These plates protect him from most attacks, including laser fire. He is somewhere around 100 feet tall. He has the ability to animate statues with lava taken from the Earth’s core. In addition to attacking with his vast strength, Metlar is filled with molten lava, and he can reach into his mouth, pull out a fireball, and throw it. Metlar can be paralysed by a strong magnetic field.
Hordak (She-Ra: The Princess Of Power) - Hordak was the leader of the Horde force which conquered the world of Etheria. Dispite the fact he despises all things magical he was trained in the art of sorcery by an old Etherian magician called Noah. (Hordak's magical abilities were somewhat limited) Aside from the ability to teleport himself and others, the ability to stretch his arms to supreme length, and a eye laser, his most prominent power was his ability to transform his body parts into other objects, such as a missile, scissors and a net. Hordak is a savage, cold-hearted, greedy, dictator.
Mewtwo (Pokemon) - Geneticly enginered from DNA of the legendary Pokemon Mew, the Psychic type Pokemon, Mewtwo is arguably the most powerful Pokemon ever. He communicates with telepathy, and his Telekinetic powers can create energy attacks, incredibly powerful force fields, and give him the ability to fly. His TK abilities are strong enough to level an entire island research base. He has super human intelligence, shown by the fact he's mastered the science of cloning and Pokeball technology. His major flaw is his arrogance and his deep burning hatred for all humans.
Big O (Big O) - The Big O is the most heavily used Megadeus in the entire series. It is piloted by Roger Smith and features a number of unique abilities that make it both the saviour and bane of Paradigm City. It's primary weapons are simply its arms which are enhanced by two large pistons running through the forearms. While in combat, Roger can use these arms to grasp an opponent and to literally crush them with the immense force from the pistons. Typically this attack leaves a large hole in the enemy unit and also manages to take out a couple buildings or streets at the same time. Because Roger uses the Big O in a covert manner, he keeps the Megadeus stored inside of a large building.
To some, Big O is considered a hero of the city. To others, it is simply a menace that repeatedly shows its face at the worst times possible. None the less, Big O has ultimately never lost a battle proving it is one of the most powerful Megadeus ever built. Big O also shows some form of self-awareness and is also capable of responding to Roger's calls for help via Roger's special watch.
To add to what else it can do:
Those pistons can be used to create a shockwave range attack.
It has about 30, 2 mile long grappling chains around its torso that can be used a grappling hooks or to take out enemies.
It has two lazer type weapons, one housed in its eyes and a more powerful version that takes a couple of seconds of standing still to charge up in its forehead.
Two giant shields on his arms.
Missiles stored in his chest (think heavy arms from gundam wing).
Death Sycthe (Gundam Wing) -
Name: XXXG-01D, 01D2 Deathscythe
Height: 16.3 m
Full Weight: Unknown
Generator Output: Unkown
Primary Weapon:
- Energy Sickle
Varient Weapons:
- Vulcan Cannons
This particular suit happens to be my favorite out of them all. Mainly because it doesn't suffer from a flaw that appears in nearly all gundams, when you run out of ammo, the fight is over for you. Even the buster rifle of Wing 0 and the rifle from Wing Gundam need to cool after so many shots. With Duo's scythe this isn't a problem. It will run out of energy eventually, but only after an exteremly long battle. Duo takes full advantage of his mobile suits fighting abilities and particularly of the cloaking system that the upgraded version of the Deathscythe is equipped with. Finall, the Death Scythe just looks cool. Especially after its HELL upgrade. At that point a large majority of the suit is black. And that's just a cool non-color for any gundam. At the same time it was ' given special shields that fold down in front of the body of the gundam.
Gundam 9 (Mobile Suit Gundam) -
Name: RX-78-2 Gundam -- (Federation)
Height: 18.5 m
Full Weight: 60 Metric Tons
Generator Output: 1380 KW
Primary Weapon:
- Beam Rifle
Varient Weapons:
- 60mm Vulcan Gun
- Beam Saber
The Federation's efforts to catch up to the Zeon in mobile suit power resulted in the prototype mobile suit RX-78-2. Though the design was later simplified for production reasons, the original RX-78-2 was still an effective combat unit. Because of its prototype power, along with several enhancements made later on, the RX-78-2 proved to be more influential than any other unit in the One Year War. In the hands of a new-type pilot such as Amuro Rey, the full capabilities of the RX-78-2 are put to good use. This quickly developes the suit a reputation among Zeon forces insighting fear in most that see it for the firs time.
Devastator (Transformers) - Awesome and terrifying, Devastator is the bizarre result of the six Constructicons- Scrapper, Scavenger, Bonecrusher, Hook, Long Haul and Mixmaster- joining together to form a single giant robot. He is ungainly and plodding, but he is also brutality in its purest form- a mechanical being whose sole purpose is to crush and destroy all that stands in its path. Devastator's mind is truly unique and his own, a melding together of his six components, but it also represents a compromise: his thoughts are limited to what the six can agree upon. The carrying out of any complex thoughts is severely impeded by their competing minds. Thus, Devastator is seemingly a creature of almost pure instinct- usually he acts before he can fully contemplate the consequences of his actions. These actions are usually simple, direct and extremely violent.
Abilities: Devastator has many of the abilities of his component parts, but is somewhat limited in their use by his limited mental functions and awkward form. He is over 60 feet tall and has incredible strength- he can knock down a bridge with one punch. His solar energy rifle shoots a 10,000 degree centigrade heat beam a distance of six miles.
Weaknesses: Devastator is slow and awkward; and is relatively easy to trip up. The inability of his six component parts to better cooperate inhibits his mental functions, allowing him to be easily outfoxed by most opponents.
Superion (Transformers) - Superion is a fierce and frightful fighting machine. As the collective consciousness of the five Aerialbots, Air Raid, Skydive, Fireflight, Slingshot and Silverbolt, he might find it confusing and unproductive to assimilate each of his component personalities into one. Therefore, he suppresses much of what is potentially more than he can handle and directs his thinking to one primary purpose: the destruction of the Decepticons. And that's about all he's good for. Little else interests him; he's unlikely to even engage in conversation about anything else. The other Autobots take this to be a cold and aloof attitude, as if Superion held himself above them. In truth, it is the most Superion can give of himself.
Abilities: Superion can fly at speeds up to 800 mph. His range is 5800 miles. His strength is formidable; he can demolish a battleship with one blow. The stress fracture cannon he carries shoots a beam that locates and then overloads the natural fracture lines in any object it hits. The result can be anything from cracking open a peanut shell to causing a small earthquake.
Weaknesses: Superion finds it difficult to adapt to new situations and to be innovative. His thought processes are too primitive to allow for such higher mental functions. This often restricts him in battle. Although incredibly strong and resistant to most artillery and beam weapons, he does have certain "pressure points"- areas of structual weakness where one component Aerialbot connects to the next- that are particularly vulnerable to attack.
Omega Surpeme (Transformers) - Omega Supreme is the ultimate defensive force. Although he has vast strength, it is his even greater courage which truly distinguishes him. Against overwhelming odds, he will stand unwaveringly and fight with every last microchip of his mechanical being. His fellow Autobots consider him serious, even grim, but those with insight know the reason why: the enormity of the responsibility placed on Omega Supreme. He is designed specifically as the Autobots last line of defense. It is his job to protect the Ark and anything else considered vital to the Autobot cause. He knows that should he fall in battle, chances are there will be no other Autobots left by that point to take over his role. His is a situation Omega Supreme finds both challenging and chilling. He would have it no other way.
Abilities: In robot form, Omega Supreme possesses enormous strength and firepower. A blow from one of his arms can create a massive hole in a mountainside. With his clawed arm he can lift Tremendous amounts of weight. The plasma blaster on his other arm can pulverize a solid 12' x 12' x 12' steel cube. The laser cannon mounted on his head can hit an object as small as a can at unreal distances. His armored form is virtually impervious to all non-nuclear explosives and energy-beam weapons. He can change his form into two other forms simultaneously: a laser cannon tank and a rocket with launching pad. The launching pad can boost its rocket into planetary orbit. The rocket is adaptable to communication, military and transport uses.
Weaknesses: In both intelligence and speed, Omega Supreme is a bit slow and plodding. He makes an easy target, but his enormous firepower can usually compensate for that.
Legato Bluesummers (Trigun) - A mysterious character, Legato serves as Knive's right hand man. He is cold hearted and frightening, yet elegantly spoken and measured. He has powerful psychic abilities and can control the actions of others. His left arm is actually Vash's, which was blown off in a confrontation with his brother, Knives. The head of the Gung-Ho Guns, he forces Vash into a climactic confrontation with himself.
Experiment 627 (Lilo & Stitch) - In the animated television show Lilo and Stitch: The Series, experiments are creatures that were created by scientist Dr. Jumba Jookiba. Stitch refers to the other experiments as his "cousins". 627 was created to be better than Stitch. Jumba gives him all the strengths of Stitch, including twenty other experiments, but didn't give him any of his flaws. Experiment 627 is impervious to most harm and is incredibly strong, able to lift over 3,000 times his body weight. He is red, able to sprout six arms and an extra head and could only say, "Evil!" 627 can use his clawed hands to climb across walls or even the ceiling, also allowing him to tear into most buildings. 627 could even unhinge his mouth like the xenomorph from Alien and mini-mouths come out. 627 can also breathe fire and roll into a ball and charge like a cannonball, knocking down walls and bowling over Stitch. 627 has all the knowledge of the past experiments (and gives him experience in dealing with a wide variety of foes) and was created to be stronger, faster, and better than Stitch. Without the weakness to water, 627's only apparent weakness is an extra bad sense of humor.
Dracula (Monster Force) - Dracula, the lord of the undead whose powers go beyond that of any mundane vampire is an ancient evil capable of changing shape into many nocturnal creatures-specifically that of a rat or rats, a wolf, a bat, and a giant bat-like creature capable of incredible feats of strength. The vampire lord can also change his form into mist to seep through any crack or compartment too small for a normal sized creature to traverse through. Dracula (though he would prefer it if you called him Dracul) is also quite the magic user, capable of various telekinetic grasp and throws along with the resurrection of the undead and occasionally calling down powerful storms to aid him in his combat. Though Dracula is a force to be reckoned with in his own right, he mostly is only a mastermind and hates to dirty his own hands dealing with pesky annoyances. Of course, if you were an immortal being with an impressive will and only incapacitated by the sun you'd get bored of dealing with people thinking they can defeat you with science, too.
In lamens terms, Dracula is quite strong, stronger when he turns into a giant bat-beast, capable of strong telekinetic magic attacks along with other magicks associated in necromancy, weather manipulation. He's also quite crafty never falling to the same trap twice. His will is quite powerful, too, as he was able to resist an attack that turned an ancient vampire back into a human along with many other attacks that can contain some powerful monsters. Dracula's primary weakness is sunlight, which will usually incapacitate him for quite some time - however I'm sure decapitation, fire, and making him immobile would suffice as well.
Mozenwrath (Aladdin) - Mozenrath is the best known villain from the Aladdin series. Mozenrath is a sorcerer of the evil kind; he's compared with Jafar numberless times. His mindset is imaginative and engrossing. Mozenrath is not just some pampered princeling; he has clearly fought for everything that he has. At one time, he was an apprentice (probably closer to a servant or slave) of Destane. From what we know of him, Destane was a magician so ruthless, "even Jafar steered clear of him". It is conceivable that Destane has poisoned the young man's mind.
Mozenrath's goal in life is to collect as much magic as possible, it doesn't matter to him if the magic is in the form of power or an artifact as long as it possesses powerful magic. Then one day his thirst for power leads him to Agrabah where he tries to talk Aladdin into helping him. Aladdin, smart as he is, tricks the sorcerer so that the magic beast, Thirdak, turning against Mozenrath. From that day on Mozenrath's second goal in life is to destroy Aladdin and his loved ones.
It doesn't matter to him how he does that, replacing Aladdin's friends by Mamluks, using a windjackel, a magic book where a sorcerer is locked in or letting a thief turn the Sultan into a golden statue and stealing him. Mozenrath is the most ruthless villain Aladdin faces in the series. That and his magic makes him very dangerous to deal with.
King Hiss (He-Man & The Masters Of The Universe) - Leader of the Snake Men, a race of humanoid serpents that were banished from Eternia centuries ago, Hiss is a powerful sorcerer. Welding his snake staff, he is also capable hand to hand combatant. He is capable of projecting transparent green snake heads that allow him to strike at foes with a venomous bite powerful enough to incapacitate the Sorceress, or grapple with superhuman strength. Using these tendrils, and with a little help from Evil-Lyn, he manage to pull down the drawbridge of Castle Greyskull. He can transform his upper body into a five-headed snake. In this form he is capable of swallowing a full grown human.
Godzilla (Godzilla) (Hanna Barbera) - "Up from the depths, thirty stories high! Green, breathing fire, his head in the sky. Godzilla!" Well, three out of four ain't bad. The Hanna Barbera version of Godzilla falls well short of the advertised "thirty stories" (topping out at around fifty meters - a height that is consistent with the Toho movies of the era), but the rest of the theme song rings true. As the protector of the research vessel Calico and the guardian of that Scrappy-Doo of the kaiju kingdom, Godzooky, Godzilla embarked on a number of adventures through time and around the world. He possesses great strength, even relative to his massive size (he once threw an opponent into *moon orbit* - a feat that stretches the limits of cartoon physics). He is also surprisingly nimble, and has used his combination of speed, strength, and size to great advantage against a variety of enemies. It should be noted that HB Godzilla has demonstrated an intellect that is far above animal level. He is more than capable of using an opponent's weaknesses against it, seems to have no trouble communicating with the human crew of the Calico, and has shown to be as resourceful as he is strong. This Godzilla swaps the traditional, bluish "radioactive breath" for an intense flame breath. The flame projects as a cone or as a jet, over a range of up to a half mile. HB Godzilla can also project intense laser beams from his eyes (they are powerful enough to melt rock). For the purposes of outsourcing, HB Godzilla bears little resemblance to the ones found in either the Japanese or American films. It is, however, directly analogous to the Marvel comics version of Godzilla (his book was launched to capitalize on the popularity of the cartoon and of giant monsters in general).
Weapons and physical characteristics - Godzilla is an enormous (160-foot-tall) reptilian monster. He is incredibly strong, durable, and, for his size, quick. His behaviour implies an intelligence that is at least on par with that of his human allies. His flame breath can incinerate an area the size of several city blocks in a single burst. When underwater, or when fire would not be effective, Godzilla can manifest powerful laser beams from his eyes.
Sailor Saturn (Sailor Moon) - Sailor Saturn is the senshi of the death planet. Warrior of the planet of the destruction, Sailor Saturn is the Sailor Soldier feared by all, including her fellow soldiers. She and Sailor Pluto combined are the deadliest and most powerful of the senshi. She has the power to heal, herself and others and also the power of death. Her weapon is the Silence Glaive, a long polearm that can cut through anything. She has the power to paralyze enemies just by touching them and she is not afraid to use this power. The only thing that ailes Sailor Saturn, though, is the fact that she is always sick - this makes her physically the weakest of all the scouts although she is the most powerful of all the sailor scouts.
Her attacks include the forbidden Death Reborn Revolution (an attack that can destroy the world and herself in the process), Silence Glaive Surprise, and the Silence Wall (This is a defense attack used by Sailor Saturn. When she holds her silence glaive above her head and shouts 'silence wall' a shield of energy appears around her and others she wishes to protect, blocking whatever attack is sent towards them.).
Space Ghost (Space Ghost) - Space Ghost's powers seem to stem from his costume and the power bands he wears on his wrists. With it he can fly, and is able to travel underwater and in outer space without requiring further equipment. His belt hides an "inviso button" which can turn him invisible or generate a protective force field. He can fire a viso penetron beam from his eyes, and has a communicator located in the silhouette on his chest. His power bands seem to be able to harness the electromagnetic spectrum to enable him to fire a wide variety of different types of energy blasts, including, but not limited to: force ray, destructo ray, stun ray, heat ray, freeze ray, somic ray, electro ray, magnetic ray, anti-matter ray, force shields, hypno force ray, and straghtforward lasers. Multiple types of ray can be combined to increase his firepower. The bands also grant him superspeed, and the ability to create time warps. Probably his single most impressive power is his ability to teleport, transforming himself into pure thought and energy through concentration and will power, so that he can teleport elsewhere and reassemble there.
He travels around in a heavily armed space ship called both The Phantom Cruiser and the Ghost Ship. That said, he can fly through space faster under his own steam, so presumably he only uses it to save energy or when he has company for the trip.
Talpa (Ronin Warriors) - Long ago the Demon King Talpa led his troops to conquer the mortal realm. The battle was long and tedious, but in the end Talpa was defeated by a man called "The Ancient". The Ancient, knowing that Talpa could use his armor to return to the mortal real, split the armor into 9 different armors. Each one had a different trait, virtue, wisdom, justice, trust, life, loyalty, piety, serenity, and obedience. Furious, Talpa vowed to one day reclaim all 9 armors and destroy the mortal realm.
Imhotep (Monster Force) - The high priest of a powerful Egyptian pharaoh, Imhotep was a force to be reckoned with before his curse. When his love was deceased and mummified, Imhotep and his followers began to resurrect her, but since he broke the laws set forth by the pharaoh, he had a curse placed on him by Osiris. Imhotep was given immortality and sealed in a tomb. However, he was recently freed by archaeologists who should have known better and now he walks the earth cursed as the mummy.
Imhotep is capable of incredible sourcerous powers-those that surpass Dracula and even master mystics. He has area effect blasts which froze an entire room. He's not above getting his hands dirty, but if given the opportunity to raise his undead priests, who are no more than lonely zombies (which can be incapacitated for short periods of time, but never truly destroyed), he will. Imhotep favors his ice attacks which can freeze whole rooms, but he's not above switching bodies to avoid a lethal blow. Imhotep is also known for other incapacitating magical attacks.
Pyron (Darkstalkers) - Thousands of years old and conqueror of countless planets, the alien known as Pyron can best be summed up as a "living sun in humanoid form". He has all the powers you would expect from a solar being - magnetic, gravitational, solar, heat, light, etc. and has been shown to shift his basic form while in combat (e.g.: stretching out his arms or forming into a ball of fire). Pyron has been shown capable of annihilating groups of powerful (HW class) opponents using these powers. Incredibly difficult to hurt and a fair physical combatant even without his powers, Pyron's greatest weapon is his mind and experience. He does have a weakness though - he believes in "rules" and fights according to the nature of a contest (e.g.: when put into a hand-to-hand combat society he didn't use his powers as much and avoided going "nova" and destroying the planet...after all, why destroy that which you are meant to rule?).
He-Man (He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe) - "Hi, Im Adam, Prince of Eternia and Defender of the secrets of Castle Greyskull. Fabulous secret powers were reveled to me the day I held aloft my magic sword and said, BY THE POWER OF GREYSKULL.......I HAVE THE POWER!!"
He-Man is not only the defender of the magics of Castle Greyskull, he is the greatest force for good in his entire world, possibly even his universe. With vast amounts of superhuman strength, toughness and endurance, not to mention hyper leaping, a world class magical sword and a master at the art of combat, He-Man is certainly Eternias best hope in defeating Skeletors hordes of evil and the protection of the Sorceress and her sacred Castle.
Voltron (Voltron – Lion Form) – Keith, Pidge, Lance, Hunk and Sven (later replaced by Princess Allura) are space explorers who are constituted as a permanent VOLTRON FORCE taking up residence in the Castle which they use as a base of operations for protecting Arus and surrounding areas. The evil King Zarkon repeatedly returns to Arus, mounting one attack after another - but all are foiled by the mighty Voltron.
The powers of Voltron:
All 5 lions are required to form this mighty defender of worlds. While fighting Zarkon and Lotor's Ro-Beasts, Voltron uses a number of useful weapons, each of which are explained.
Blazing Sword: the “finishing” weapon of Voltron. It is used for slicing and dicing enemies and is formed in Red Lion's mouth.
Spinning Laser Blades: Kind of like a ninja star, which the Green lion can make and fire from its mouth.
Electro-sabre: A javelin-type of weapon formed in back of Voltron.
Ice beam: fired from Voltron's horn-like things on his head, these freeze anything
Eye beam: fired from Voltron's eyes, this weapon damages whatever it hits
Lion torches: Flame comes spewing out of green and red lion's mouth.
Wing Attack: Voltron takes his wings off of his back and flings them toward his enemy. Quite effective
Electroforce cross: A cross comes off of voltron's chest and paralyzes a the enemies for a period of time
Lion head attack: green and red lion's heads fly off of voltron, hit the target then come back
Starfire: A powerful X shoots out of Voltron, and chops the enemy into 4 pieces, then forms a tornado and sweeps the parts away
Missiles: a variety of missles can shoot from blue and yellow lion's mouths.
Argon Forcefield: Shocks enemies
Voltron (Voltron – Vehicle Form) - There were three teams made up of five vehicles each that first former larger vehicles, but also could join up to form the giant robot Voltron. They protected the Near Universe (i.e. near to Earth) from harm while exploring for new civilizations, while the Voltron Lion Force took care of the Far Universe. When broken into its component parts, the new Voltron consisted of 15 Exploration Vehicles specially designed for planetary investigation. Though these vehicles were very efficient at their designated tasks, they hardly appeared to be a formidable adversary. The vehicles were broken up into 3 groups - Air Team, Land Team, and Sea Team. Like the Lion Force, Vehicle Voltron can extend a beam sword that can cut though anything, shoot lasers out of its eyes, execute attacks, take a beating and keep on attacking, and other things similar to its Lion Force Cousin. Unlike its Lion Force cousin, Vehicle Voltron has a limited amount of energy and has to complete the mission quickly or it will run out and have to disengage the 15 vehicles back into its separate parts.
Ryoko (2 Gems) (Tenchi Muyo) - Flight, invisibility, phasing, a lightsaber-esqe energy sword, energy blasts, size manipulation.
(at one point during their fight, she shows up behind kagato out of nowhere, and puts her lightsaber thru his throat)
She combined her skills very well, and I felt that if she fought like that all the time she could be pretty effective.
This is just a basic little list of powers that jedah_s did during the Bio Submission phase. If he or anyone else would like to flesh Ryoko out more, please step up and feel free.
Wiseman (Sailor Moon) – Wiseman, aka: Death Phantom, is an ancient magic being of shadow and magic. Wielding the incredible power of the Dark Crystal, his goal is to first conquer, and then destroy, the universe with his dark power. His favored method of doing so is corrupting, attacking the mind of a target and infusing them with his energy, manipulating their mind and turning them against whomever he wills.
In battle, his magics are often used on a large scale, creating storms of destruction and dark lighting that can lay waste to an area or concentrating the dark bolts upon his foes. He may also attack with his dark magics in a wide variety of ways, all reinforced and strengthened by the might of the Dark Crystal to frightening levels, in addition to his more subtle means. He also flies and can teleport.
In his Wiseman guise, he often uses a crystal ball (seperate from the Dark Crystal) to scry information on his enemies, view them from a distance, and plan on how to best deal with them.
Lord Hazanko (Outlaw Star) - Hazanko is an enormously powerful Tau Master, he may be the most powerful Tau user in the galaxy. The Outlaw Star universe is similar to Star Wars in many ways, and Tau is very similar to The Force (only with more visual effects). Tau can be used to dramatically heighten the users physical abilities, like the agility, strength, and durability, it can also be used to generate spiritual constructs (like a huge dragon made of spiritual energy) and project telekinetic like force or a magnitude dependant upon the wielder, those skilled in ti's use can also generate other, more case specific effects (like placing a homing beacon on something that cannot be removed and can be sensed at limitless distance, or achieving a rapor with animals). Hazanko disdains the more warrior like aspects of the Tau prefering to focus on telekinetic might (on a scale that probably allows him to significantly damage capital scale ships) and phenomenal physical durability (Hazanko was once attacked by a miniature sigilarity that engulfed him and collapsed upon itself, he then forced it back open and climbed back out).
