It's pretty much Batman starting out. Also, it's more tailored to children (anime style and what-not).

it's terrible, dont watch it and maybe it will go away, and watch all the JLU you can so that whoever makes all these cartoons see's that we want less goofy kiddie cartoons, and more action packed drama filled animation fantasy, like a JSA show, or just more JLU episodes as the JSA seems to be part of that group

The Batman is destroying the Dark Knight's image and quickly. The villains in there are completely screwed up. Joker and Penguin are martial artists. Kirk Langstrom actually likes being Man-Bat. Bane looks nothing like the original. Catwoman is too rich. Cluemaster is too fat. Alfred has actually taken a hippocratic oath. Batman is childlike in his dependence on the butler. It really makes you appreciate Micheal Keaton and Adam West.
