I can not think of the name of the villan in the spider-man cartoon who is white and makes portals also a pic would be nice.:classic:

It is indeed the Spot.

http://www.geocities.com/marvel_villains/ has a section on him either in Spidey Villains or People Who Really Should've Ought've Known Better.

And if the Link doesn't show up, just look up Villains of Marvel Comics and click on the link that says "Bring on the Bad Guys" near it.
