Well Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the last match for the villians bracket this round. Make sure you vote in Matches 5 through 7 as well. Once this match is over, Round 2 will begin and our first 8 teams will be cut. Don't let your favorite team miss out on later rounds because you forgot to vote. Only you can decide who moves on, and who goes home.
Our last villian match up gives you a quadruplate of foreign originating villians. Will out and out villiany prevail over fanatical country loyalty? You must decide.

Match Locale:
JSA Sky rise
After the Brownstone was destroyed, Lex Luthor commissioned a sky-scrapper to be built as the JSA's new headquarters. Lower floors contain the JSA museum. It's halls showcase statues and memorabilia from their long and glorious history. Upper floors contain the various living quarters, meeting room, infirmary and so forth. A large, unbreachable field has descended preventing the contestants from leaving the arena. It cordons off the surrounding street, and the building itself.
Rules of Engagement:
1. Fights are to the kill/ko
2. Teams start on opposite ends of the arena
3. Characters opperate as they would in their own comics/universes
4. 45 minutes prep time, but the arena may not be affected untill the buzzer
5. Characters may not leave the arena, or remove enemy characters from the arena

Who is the SHW in the first team? It was usally the first guy listed but Despero is not a mere HW and there has been a lot of discussion on what level Dracula is at that was never resolved.

A word (or two) on Despero...
In his most prestigious incarnation (within the pages of Virtue and Vice) not even the combined physical might of the JLA and JSA could bring the big pink elephant down. In fact, he had the gall to crack Superman's and Captain Marvel's heads together in a classic Stoogeitsu maneuver. Think about that for a moment... Despero, using ONE HAND grabbed the Man of Steel... Then with the other hand snatched up Earth's Mightiest Mortal... And proceeded to clang their noggins together like so many little coconuts... Now THATS power!!!
Oh, and he has the strongest mind on Earth as well, capable of controlling its entire populace if given enough time.
HOWEVER......
Despero has gone through many incarnations and is believed to be ever evolving. He's been a skinny weakling, a skinny weakling with awesome mental powers, a big bruiser with a horizontal fin on his head, a big super-smart mentalist bruiser with a vertical fin on his head...
Which one is this?
I assume the most recent Despero, who beats the tar out of Black Adam and Crimson Dynamo.

Yea I have to vote for Team Despero,yet another team with two shw, for the win. And if team BION wins I call the final to be Bion vs Despero. And golden age rember, despero did that while being pounded on by half a dozen dc brusiers.

Dracula, especially Marvel's Dracula is hardly a SHW. Crimson Dynamo can easily synthesize a solar blast and waste him in one or two shots.

I don't know enough about Crimson Dynamo since his recent revamp. Can someone please fill me in on what's new and improved about him?

Cool, Black Adam and Despero beat the tar out of each other while Dracula plays head games with Crimson Dynamo.
By the by, which CD is this-the kid who found the suit, Dimitri Bukarin (spelling) or another?
In the end, I think Despero would come out on top with brute strength over BA and if Dracula is having trouble then Despero assists Drac.
Despero is way to powerful for Black Adam and I think Black Adam will do the smart thing and decide to run away once he sees who is up against, or at least I would if I were him. Winner by forfeit team Despero.

To avoid confusion (since we don't even know who the current CD is, or what he can/can't do), this is the more classic Crimson Dynamo represented in Xplosion.

Though Prof A. would disagree Dracula is basically a non-entity here... but who cares? Despero can take this one by himself.
Despero wins (Dracula sleeps the day away only to awaken at sunset to find Despero slurping on the bones of his victims, the life sustaining blood he craves so much nothing more than blackened stains upon the walls of the JSA sky rise.)

Despero took a beating by, power girl/Captain Marvel/Superman/wonder woman/hour man/hawk man/wild cat/black canary/sand man/Green arrow/Dr. Mid-knight/plastic man/ and caught rock of eternity which was drop on him, and was only taken down when johnny sorrow looked at him and even that didnt kill him. I hate to nick pick but isn't that a little to powerful.
There are other, less powerful, versions of Despero out there. His time with the JLA, which started with him battling Lobo tooth and nail, with 2 teams of JL trying to break them up, sounds SHW powerful, but not I Can Take On The Main JLA and JSA Teams Together.
Actually, besides his time in Virtue and Vice, Ive never seen Despero THAT powerful, and I have seen him more often in lesser powerful forms.
