The fights take place in a wide open arena, there is NO projectile weapons allowed (so we dont have someone like deathstroke using his gun to take out the martial arts types) the fight ends when a fighter is KOed or killed....all previous encounters between characters are remembered and each character gets one hour of preptime before there match.

Richard Dragon had Shiva beaten in the final issue of his recent series (but then her followers interefered in the fight to save her) so there goes the Batgirl beat Shiva therefore is the best maritial artist argument.....The difference is that Dragon has gone up against more high end fighters (Shiva,Connor Hawke,Bronze Tiger, Batman) and won so I give this match to Dragon.

Wow, this is a rough match. The two people who have the best shot at beating Shiva. I'm going to vote for Dragon. Batgirl may have more innate skill, but Dragon has much more experience.

Actually, I put them on pretty much exactly the same level, along with Shiva.


I'll vote BG. She'll want it more, since Dragon doesn't care about being number-1 too much at this point (he fought again Shiva to save a kid, not to prove himself), while Batgirl would love the challenge. The motivation is what matters at this point.

Yeah she killed him but you have to admit without her followers interfering she was beat. She seems to be losing her spot as a top tier martial artist

im going to go with Bats as she has more to fight for and as mentioned before Dragon really dosnet care to fight anymore
