need help with 599 team

i want to make a team with either ultraman or ronan the accuser but i have no idea what i should add to make this team effective.

Is 599 the point total as it seems unusual or does it have another significance

every week of the month is a dif point total

first week is a 300 pt game
2nd week is a 400 pt game
3rd week is a 500 pt game
and the final week is a 599 pt game

its 599 to prevent glactus from being played and also to keep the action total down to 5 so turns wont take forever

My thoughts:

Ronan the Accuser: No mobility, no way to see through stealth. He'll get eaten alive. The best you can do is toss him out there with TK and hope you can get an Enhancement character next to him to help out with the Energy Explosion, and just hope you don't fight an all stealth team. If I had to use Ronan, I'd also toss in some anti-stealth attackers as well as someone with running shot (for example, V-Wildfire with V-Black Widow, who can also make use of the Enhancement that you might give Ronan).

Ultraman: TK of course. Possibly Trick Shot, but he only has one click of RCE, so it may not be worth it. You may need some other character to be anti-stealth. Also, make sure to be able to use his CSA team ability by having some cheap bystanders around to give tokens to when using PC. Unfortunately, he has a consistently high defense and an attack that plummets, so you may want to have extra medics and/or extra Probability Control to be able to heal him. It might not hurt to have an extra TK for him to carry around so that when he gets hurt, he can be tossed back to the medic.
