Superman & Captain Marvel vs. Thanos

NO PREP. Can the man of steel and the big red cheese defeat the mad titan?

Thanos' power levels seem to go up and down during his career, from Mid End SHW to Low End Cosmic Being. That being said, youre talking 2 of the most overall powerful heroes in the entire DC Universe (if not THE Top 2) against Thanos alone (with no prep, which will hurt Thanos more than it will Supes and CM). In the end, itll be a cool match, but I see the combined Might of Superman and Captain Marvel taking down Thanos (as I see him most, as his power levels do fluxuate) more than not.

Wow. I don't much about Thanos, but pitting those two agaisnt anyone, and saying that they have a chance to lose, just seems like a stretch.

Thanos is really powerful, he might even be technically strong enough to beat those two. But the Big Red Cheese and the S don't quit, and they'll find a way to take him down.


Possibly doing the 'Billy gives his power to Superman' thing in the late-game to recharge Clark enough to deliever the final blow.
