I wasn't sure where to put this so I figured I would put it here. This is an alternate PAC that some people here in Rochester, NY have used from time to time for fun and even in theme Tournaments. The local players have affectionately named them “Rich’s Rules”.

Those are some pretty cool modifications. Still not sure the Injustice League/MoE TA is really worthwhile, and the Superman Enemy ability is still overpriced I think, but otherwise, some really nice changes.
