Does it make anyone else giddy with excitement how small all the next gen systems are? And for that matter, how alike they look?

That's a prototype, not the final design. It's the same one they showed at E3 and they explained that the final version will be even smaller (as stated in the description) and will go through some changes.

@ Diablo - I don't see the similarities besides that they can be set vertically. Xbox 360 has an inhale shape, PS3 has an exhale shape, Revo is a box. However, all of them are shiny.

The PS3 is actually pretty big.

It seemed to me that they were all roughly the same size and shape. Then again, maybe the preview pictures just make them look that way.

Nope, PS3 is still pretty large (like Ignatz said), and from what I heard, Xbox 360 is still the mammoth system. The Revo will probably be roughly the size of the PSone (slimmed redesign version of PS1).

It looks like DVD. Definitely not Blu-Ray, its too expensive. I believe they said that it can play DVD's, though don't expect much else. Nintendo is still staying away from Media Center-esque platforms that are coming out of Sony and Microsoft.

The processor is going to be the same as the xbox 360. The ati grafix chip is suppose to be revolutionary. no pun intended. Looks like sony and microsoft are in for some good compitition.

I can only hope that they are sticking with green as one of the colours.
