Probably this has been mentioned before or maybe I am not posting this on the right forum but if you feel like helping a fellow clixer please read this and answer my questions
1) What’s the current procedure to expose a scammer?
2) Is it effective ? Compared to the old procedure?
3) this is the last and longest question, basically the questions I posted above are because of the situation I’m about to describe. It goes like this, at the beginning of this year I negotiated with a very highly respected trader (both here and on eBay). I’m not posting his name yet because I still have some hope of a good end to this deal I’ll refer him only as the “trade guy”. With the trade Guy we had agreed on the following; I had to send him 6 le’s, some of them very valuable, he was supposed to send me a complete r/e/v set of a recent expansion plus the extra uniques he’d pull from his case and he guaranteed me a very valuable unique. The thing is that since trade guy had so many good references I sent the le’s before the release of the expansion. Trade guy says he did no pull the valuable unique and he would wait until he could get a hold of the figure and then he would send the whole thing. It has been more than 5 months since he received his le’s and still I’m empty handed. All this time I’ve tried to be patient, I’ve offered trade guy a solution but it didn’t work out. Once I threatened him with a BTT and he reacted very offended (though I still have nothing in my hands). This two weeks I’ve sent him various PM’s but none of them has been answered and I’m really getting the feeling I’ve been robbed.
Now that there are no BTT it seems that there’s no way of pressing this guy into honoring his part of the deal….
so the question is
What shall I do?
