New trader help

Hi guys I'm new to tradeing here so I need some advice. About a week ago I made a trade we agreed to semi-send with DC numbers. I sent my trade to him and gave the dc number, he told me he sent his trade and gave me a dc number..... I tracked the dc number and the package was delivered but to delaware..... Funny thing i don't live in Delaware..... So I've pmed him al least 5 times and hes reading the pms just not responding..... what course of action should I take??? I don't want to jump the gun to quick because it's only been a week... I don't want to be ripped off.. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated......

Are you sure it was delivered to Delaware? I had an instance recently where the DC made it look like it was delivered to DE when that was just a stop off on the way of being delivered to me (I guess Wilmington is a big east coast HUB for USPS).

It is also possible that the trader had multiple packages go out and he simply mixed up which DC# goes with which trade.

I wouldn't worry until after a week (enough time for package to arrive).
