I've always thought about buying one from EBAY. Do you have a link with pics? Any idea what you'd want for one?
3D buildings aren't quite the sticky situation that custom clix are. What you're basically selling is an entirely self-created work of custom art, and if you create art yourself, you're free to sell it, trade it, display it, or throw it away as you see fit. However, there are still some issues to consider:
Copyright is still in effect on certain buildings- selling (or trading) a 3D "Office Building" is probably okay, but selling a 3D "Baxter Building" would be infringing on Marvel's copyright. Also, it would have to be something you created yourself, including only images and patterns that you created yourself or that are public domain. No buying the CD that someone made for a 3D building and then just printing it out and selling the pieces, because then you're violating the copyright of whoever created it in the first place.

Thanks for the info!!! All the buildings are designed completely by me so i am good to go. On that note.........
i have all kinds of 3D stuff made up for trade!! Anything you see on my website is available for trade and the following cardstock buildings(similar to the Fishin' Store on my Website but some are way more complex!!)
School With Courtyard and Gym
Variety Store
Arcade
Tower Restaurant
Bank
Police HQ
Town Hall with front and side staircases
Comic Store
Post Office
Pub
Strip Bar
Gun Store
Science Center (multi level)
and a few more........as you could see from my website all my buildings are exterior in nature (no finished interiors) but i am very happy the way they came out. They are all constructed useing cardstock. Due to the lower cost of the cardstock vs. the Foamcore i was able to build them quite a bit cheaper and the buildings still retain durability.
If you want to see any photos(that arent on my site) let me know!!
