Need Advice about a trade.

About 2 months ago I worked out a one for one trade with this guy. I asked that he send first b/c he had no feedback and was very new to the board. he responded that that was fine. After weeks of not seeing that fig. I pm'd him to see if he still wanted to trade and he said he did after that another two weeks lapsed and I pm'd him again saying when he sent I would need DC confirmation #. I know according to this guys trader rating that he has done some trading since are original contact with each other. But the bottom line is I'm tired of waiting and a little leary of him now also.

Should I call off the trade or what?

He's had enough chances, tell him he should either send or he'll get a bad ref. So yeah, backing out isn't a bad thing in this case. but PM him with the warning first.
