I had a member contact be at the beginning of the month and stated that he had a figure I needed and would trade it for one of 3 figures he needed. I offered him 1 of the 3 figures and then he declines it asking for a totally different figure which I declined. A couple of days later he sends me another message saying he had the same figure again and wanted a specific figure for it. I accepted the offer and sent him my address. He then sends me another message asking for another figure in addition to the first one. I said no. The next day he sends another message asking for another unique along with the one he originally asked for. Again, I said no. He then claims it was it was his "brother" who made the offer before and he wanted to add things. Then, he asks for another unique again and I say no. He then agrees to the original offer and says he will send first due to his low feedback. Two days later I ask for a DC # and his "brother" just happened to lose it. I send him a message a week later after no fig arrives and he states that he had sent it. 5 days later I ask again and he says he sent it and asks for my address again. I ask for the DC # again and he claims he can't find it with all of the other DC #s he has, so I ask for the #s, so I can check myself. He says he doesn't have it. Again, he asks for my address and I give it to him. Now I am waiting again. My question is what to do now? If the figure arrives does this warrant negative feedback? I will check the postmark date to be sure of when he sent it, but this is almost a month now.

Hmm.Interesting.If his stories are true, it wouldn't be so bad.But the fact that so many things happened, and he just happened to have the perfect excuse (My Brother did it) would make me a little suspicious.

One Q though, Is the package coming from out of the country?

if you get it, leave a neutral, if you don't leave a negative, can't file mail fraud because he's sending first.
