ProPoker22 gave me a negative trade rating and I never even exchanged addresses or even accepted a trade with him. How can someone just pull up your trade rating and toss in any sort of rating they want? And how to I get this bad trade off my record?

Yeah, and he called you a "stealer" at very least it seems you made an enemy some how. I would guess that there must be some way to adjuticate a negitive trade rating (they used to have a method for removing bad trader threads) but they were going for more automation with the new system, we will have to see if the new system can live up to that. (for you, it isn't currently) Good luck.

Just by following the e-trail of references, it doesn't take long to see that ProPoker's word can't be taken all that seriously. That's not much consolation, but at least you have that there for folks to consider.

It's too bad we can't see warning points anymore. I was using that as a barometer for who I wanted to trade with back before the upgrade.

PM Rock810 with all of the information you have on this. He'll look into it, and if it's bogus, he'll take care of it.

Not to derail the thread, but that's hardly a barometer for trading. I had the biggest warning list in the history of HCRealms (no kidding, I really did), but I'm a very well-established trader here.

Seconded. I was on the verge of being banned once! I'm not as popular a trader as Thugit here but I am a good one (i.e. not a stealer). ;)

That is the downside to an `ebay type` system. The fear of the negative. Let`s be honest we will all get a negative at 1 point or another (knock on wood later) and most likely unjustified (ie the postman kicked the box). The main purpose of the feedback system is to alert others as to your reliability, and ability to deal with adverse scenarios.
Now an unjustified negative for a trade never made needs to be addressed by Rock (who with diligent investigation) should be reversable.
For us when viewing the negative we like to investigate both parties before consumating a deal. But it is and will always be a red flag to be cautious.

Personal experience. When you have someone with a few warning points at the beginning of a trade get banned from the site midway through the trade, you start checking out the points.
