Well as of the last week a big issue has been the leaving of feedback. This was bound to become an issue and has not been one until recently. So, I figure it is time to clarify a few things (Look at them as more as suggestions, these are not set in stone USE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT when leaving feedback always)
POSITIVE FEEDBACK: Leaving positive feedback is pretty obvious. It was a good trade, figures ARRIVED, Arrived in good condition, etc…
NEUTRAL FEEDBACK: One of the least use methods of leaving feedback is the Neutral feedback option. Really think when doing this type of feedback. This should be used if a trade was agreed upon and the figures were either 3-5 weeks late arriving, or a trade was agreed upon BUT after a LONG period of time (between 3 weeks or longer) the trade is canceled with no reason. Also, this option should be used if a trade was agreed upon and then the trader decides to trade to someone else because they got a better offer (POOR TRADE PRACTICE).
BAD FEEDBACK: You make a trade send your figures and they do not arrive EVER, or they arrive and are severely damage (Granted it was not the post office that did so). The wrong figures were sent and the person will not replace them.
LEAVING NO FEEDBACK: The person stays in constant communication and due to outstanding circumstances (usually family, Medical or CAR or acts of god) the trade could not happen.
Please when leaving feedback consider ALL options and avenues of working things out. A trade cannot always happen due to certain issues, but also proper trade practices MUST take place. You should ALWAYS leave good feedback immediately if it was a good trade. Please, also, take into consideration that the post office sometimes is the reason for figures being late or damaged (Though do not lie about using Delivery Confirmation or When you sent since when the box arrives all that info is available to the recipient just by looking at the box). Use common sense everyone and please feel free to contact me or another mod if either unsure of what feedback to leave or you feel you have been wronged in terms of feedback left.
The use of the Trade Feedback is IN NO WAY meant for retalitory feedback. If you retaliate instead of contacting myself or another moderator when you feel wronged for negative feedback YOU WILL GET WARNING points. I do not mean to be so harsh on this issue, but after cleaning up three issues on this subject it kind of irks me. Please trade responsibly and leave feedback responsibily. Thanks.
Remember, these are just suggestions I am giving other things may happen that warrant a trade. If you are not sure remember there is a Trade General Discussion and you have use of other realmers and moderators.
Also, be sure to read the trade forum rules (http://www.hcrealms.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17960), if you don’t and you break the rules you are responsible for that information still, saying I did not know that rule is not an excuse.

PSS Also a quick trader tip. Check a persons profile, if they do not have city or state or any personal information posted it may be a trade risk. Not saying this is 100%, but if the person does not want anyone to know about him how safe is the trade. I HIGHLY suggest updating your profile.
