I want a couple of different uniques, but i am not too sure who i should buy. I dont know if this will help, but these are the uniques i have.

Ult Thor
Gladiator
Darkseid
FF Xavier
Ult Hulk (i might trade him and e punisher to my dad for magog)


Which of the following uniques would be the best for my team

KC Superman $40-55
Ares $40-55
Ult Iron Man $20-35
Despero $20-25
Loki $25-35
Ult Magneto $35

I was thinking about KC Superman or Ares or Ult Magneto, but i dont know because they be in the price range i gave or maybe even more.

I was thinking maybe Despero and then Loki, but i am not sure if i have enough

Ult Iron Man is lame, but i want to play an Ult Theme Team

I like Ultimate iron man. good team ability nice damage and attack values. Off of your list I would go for Superman, or mabye Ult. Magneto. Despero also a good choice, price wise though you can usually get Dormmanu who is very similar dial wise for a cheaper price.

Ult. Iron Man, Ult. Magneto and Despero would be your best choices for cost effectiveness and versatility on teams. Loki's a nice piece, certainly a colorful dial, and with that Wildcard TA he can be fairly versatile, too.

KC Superman and Ares are powerhouses, to be sure, but it'll be much more work fitting them onto teams unless your build totals are running high,

Agreed. I have no interest in him as a comics character, but they did a nice job with the dial.

I agree about Dormmammu. You can get him for a few bucks, and he can fight for a good 6 or 7 clicks.

Of all those pieces u listed, Despero is the best, and Magneto is the most fun.

Despero is very playable and probably a little cheaper than you might think.
Ultimate Ironman is really good but you could get a Vet Wildfire from Legacy for much, much cheaper ($2) and just copy the Ultimate ability.
Ares isn't worth the money for playability.
Ultimate Magneto is very cool. Short dial but you will probably play him alot.

I think you should go for the best and get the KC Superman. Everyone fears him and he is real intimmidating.

Then again if you hold off a few weeks the new Superman Vet from Icons might just be the better than KC Superman.

OK, here is my decision.......


Despero. You can't beat that 12 attack and Psychic Blast. 144 points fits even on 300pt teams.

ps- I love the Ultimate Hulk but Magog is more playable. He can hit for 7 clicks of unmodified, unreduced damage with a heavy object and exploit weakness. He is designed to take out huge figures in one shot.

i ended up getting Ares because i didnt have enough for KC Supes $60 and i didnt have enough for Magneto and Despero $60 so i got Ares $45
