Intro: I haven't been active on these forums since Legacy was released, and the last Heroclix I played was at WWLA. I am going to Stanford University in a month, and will not have the time to play Clix and could use some funds. So I am selling my entire collection of clix to my fellow realmers.

Guidelines: Due to the volume of items, I will only ship to people who have won more than 10$ worth of items. I ship U.S. Postal service first class with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping cost is contigent of size of lot, but should only range from 2-5$. *New If the items won are more than 25$, I will pay for S&H New*. Payments can be made via paypal, money order, or check. I got mine a week ago and the V capt. Britan was missing his base and the V Ult Capt America was missing entirely. Any chance they arrived with someone else's package?

He logged in just before midnight the night I first inquired about everyone getting the figures. Hasn't been on since.

i've never dealt with him before but his rating is decent so others certainly have. He insisted to me that he put the figures in the box he shipped but it didn't look tampered with and the base for the V capt britan (had the figure but no base) and the vet capt america were both absent. I sent him a PM about it and he reiterated that the box was double checked. i haven't heard back on whether he checked around to see if they were accidentally left out or not.

are there people who haven't received their items yet?
I'm really curious to know whether or not my pieces turned up in someone else's box. I've gotten pieces intended for someone else before and let the sender know ASAP,... i even forwarded them along to the right guy.

I recieved my box on Monday. It was missing my Purple Ring Black queen but he put a note in saying it was stepped on and refunded my money for that clix.

I did how ever get a Shazam figure in my box w/no base that I hadn't ordered so i am wondering if someone won one and is missing the figure part.

I had a similar thing happen with one ov the two vet cloaks I won from him, he PM'ed me saying he couldn't find it and included a dollar (the refund) in the box with the other pieces.

is there any way to start a thread to compare who got what to make sure everyone ends up with their stuff... sounds like people may have gotten several pieces switched up.

I do not think that it is a hurricane matter. As best I recall I had to send the check to California.

yeah, i got my figs but two were missing after i asked about them he said "you took them" and hasn't been seen on here since. Rock810 earlier offered his involvement in this matter but what exactly is it that the mods can do?

I would like to leave negative feedback if i can be assured that he won't leave any retaliatory feedback at a later date. after all he did get and keep all of my money. I've never left a negative before, and this is the first time i've ever had a bad transaction on here. What's the usual procedure for this kind of thing?

I went ahead and left a negative. My money's long gone and I got nothing to show for it. If he never comes back then its over with anyway. If he does come back and respons with a negative at least he'll have to start talking to me. I've also had one or two times when I left a negative that it actually got the problem resolved..


Anyway just reference this trade thread in the url and if someone clicks on his rating then it will bring them to this thread. Your negative may not help you but it might help the next guy..

I think that's a good idea, If he does leave me a negative (assuming he ever returns) then i'll definately appeal to the moderators to have it removed. He did keep my money, and he didn't send me all the pieces, after all.
