If you were wanting/needing those figs and ares is extra, I don't see why not. Make sure they are a solid trader though. I would be weary because it is such a good offer(in most opinions I would think) of newer stuff. But if you are patient, you can get all those figures from Icons in a few of months for next to nothing when the market gets saturated.

well then don't. if you really like your ares, don't make the trade. i didn't trade my nimrod even when people offered me a lot for it. you can also get the uniques that were offered to you very easily (well except for U doom and vet supes). though i don't think it isn't a good offer. ultimately it depends on how you love your ares vs the other figs.

This is a decision only you can make. In fact, it's almost rude to ask this kind of question. If I were the guy who made that offer, I would be VERY insulted.

Actually it sounds too good to be true because thats alot uniques coming your way. If you do decide to make the trade ask the person to send first.

Even being slightly hesitant means you really don't want to make this trade. having to ask others whether you should is pretty much the nail in the coffin. You should decline.

As has been (mostly) said above, don't make the trade. It's not that he's not really trying to be fair -- that's much more than I would have offered -- but two of the uniques are from a very recent, easily found set, one of them the almost universally viewed dog of the set (Volcana) and the rest are items in Icons, which is fresh to the market.

On the other side is (for whatever it may be worth) the highest point piece to be pulled from a booster, that also happens to be a unique from the DC set with the lowest production run. You could theoretically walk into a local store, buy a few boosters of Icons and a couple of Fantastic Forces and pull those clix. Maybe it's different in your area, but around here I can't claim that I could do the same with Legacy. I haven't seen a Legacy booster in a while.

As for asking for other opinions, there's no harm in it, and if the guy offering the trade were to be insulted then he has some other problem. I do agree that your asking indicates you don't really want to make the trade and are probably just hoping we'll tell you what several of us did.
