EW gives comics and Watchmen its due with a pretty good, and prominently displayed article on the 20th aniversary of Watchmen.

There's a little bit of interviews with Moore, Gibbons, and other people involved in the book.
There were also a few nuggets of info about the series that I wasn't aware of.

Besides that, there's a blurb at the end of the magazine giving props to Infinite Crisis #1.

Good to see comics getting some real world (and positive) press coverage. Particularly coverage that has nothing to do with any upcoming movie.

It was going to be a movie but has been canned. Part of it may be because Terry Gilliam who was slated to direct it has not been able to pull off a box office winner with Brothers Grimm.

I think the bean counters have discovered that Alan Moore does not translate well to the big screen. If V for Vendetta works  , it may be back on, but don't hold your breath.

I think Watchmen would loose to much in a two hour feature. I would much rather see it as an HBO mini series. Never going to happen, but man would it rule. :squareeye
