Well, as soon as I get my Zoom, I'm putting him on a team with the new Flash. Thanks for any comments.

R Jean Grey: TK, ES/D, X-Men TA, 31 pts.
V DEO Agent: Perplex, Support, PD TA, 21 pts.
V EC Medic: Support, PD TA, 19 pts.

Total: 289

I know ICwO should be there instead of the DEO but I don't have it. Not sure what to do with the extra 11 points. It's a theme if you stretch the meaning of the word. Zoom used to be an officer, adn Wally worked with the police, too. As, for Jean, well, no one's perfect.

With the extra points I would use Armor Piercing with Flash.

If you wanted to make it a straight theme, you could use LE Roy Harper Jr. instead of Jean Grey and Armor Piercing.

What did you have in mind for Battle Field Conditions?

I would go with Power Dampening Field, Crosswinds, and O-Day, personally...
