The Hulk:Ultimate Destruction for XBOX (Memory Card Q?)

Hey all,
Awesome game, im wondering if anybody knows how (if you can that is) save the game onto a memory card? I don't even get an option to pick it, and i can't figure out how to transfer files off the hard drive onto a memory card? anybody know?

I've never done it before cuz I don't have a memory card, but I'm thinking that there's probably a menu for it in the Xbox main menu (the one that comes up when you start the system without a game in it).
