COH Question......again

I'm back into COH again and was wondering who if anybody is on the Justice server. Also, I did a "mission" where I picked up an artifact, these are new to the game right? Is it true that you have to have both games to PVP? Thanks.

There's an etrance to Bloody Bay through Steel Canyon. Check your map.

I don't know about the artifacts.

The first one you can get into is Bloody Bay Via Skyway. Steel Canyon (you need to be a little higher level) and that leads to sirens call.
