Well, it's still fun to wish :) I voted for someone who I already know isn't in the set, but would have been nice to see :)
Oh, and I just realized- there are already a few other figures that can pull off the Perplex/Outwit/PC all on the same click- U Loki, E Black Cat, or REV Jinx standing next to a Superman Enemy, Agents of Oracle with Oracle on the card.
Of course, of those mentioned Oracle would probably only help Black Cat, and maybe Loki if he tricked her into it.
Did they announce the entire set? I did not see a spoiler yet.

The Movement is pretty obvious. He uses Stealth to get in close, but if Fliers try and Attack him, he can return the Attack using Leap/Climb.
The Attack represents his use of "Razorangs", the equivalent of "Batarangs".
The Defense represents his Ability to use the citizens of his Earth as his cannon fodder.
The Damage represents the fact that he parallels Batman.

I figured Azrael and Guy would already be in it, so I personally voted for Gog, hoping for either an Ares-level variant of Magog from the version of Gog from The Kingdom, or a weaker but cheaper SE version of him from the recent Action Comics run.
I guess of the remainder, I'm hoping for the CSA the most, especially Power Ring.
And the fact that people voted for Granny Goodness at all surprises me. Maybe they're just bigger Ed Asner fans than me...

The red costumed one from when he had his regular series.
I myself would prefer to see Azrael in his blue costume from the knightfall series.
Would make a way cool looking sculpt.
What do you think.
Talk about a tough decsion; I was torn between Guy and Owlman.
I eventually leaned toward the CSA.
I guess it's just that I hope to play the entire squad in a tournament someday; as soon as possible, preferably...

I wouldlove to see just about any of those. Alexander Luthor would just end up being a phasing pog with a large distance, or a single base ransporter with some toughness, phasing, and no more than 6 clicks of life. There's never any doubt about me being happy to see Superman, but I voted for Guy Gardner. I liked (not loved) that time of the League. I have a soft spot for Power Girl, Guy, Fire, and Ice.

I've been screaming for a Green Lantern set since the news of Armor Wars. They could literally fill out the ranks of the corps, I have been foaming for Tomar-Re, Abin Sur, G'Nort and all the rest.
I voted for Parallax though because I would love to see how strong they would make him. They rarely undercut the superpowered DC characters so he would have to be in the upper 200 pt. range.
How strong would you guys have him at??

Not a great list of characters as far as I am concerned, so I went with Gardner. I loved the JLI and I would love to complete the theme...of course I'm still missing Fire, Ice, and Elastic Man for a bit.
I am not a huge fan of the members of this list but I am suprised not to see more votes for Superman Earth 2.
Maybe Icons was enough for everyone.
Other than that the percentages of votes are as expected. I voted for Owlman b/c I wanted a Stealthed, Incapacitate, Willpower, outwit, and built in PC figure.

I could use a U Black Canary though. Give her Psychic Blast like they did for Banshee to truly reflect her scream, and an attack value high enough to kick Batman's teeth down his arrogant throat.
Since there are always fewer DC sets though, they should finish The Crime Syndicate in one fell swoop.

Second choice would be Guy Gardner - the more green lanterns the better, but can we please have a Feat card to allow for (eg) them gaining the mystics or JLA style ability to replace "carry-the-universe" ?
(I also want some lower point alian GLs - Ch'p ? Gnort ?

Acctually I hope they do an Exp Sinestro ring. Really there was little different in the costume so a simple paint job can change it. Not sure if they would... but we do get the varying shades of Invisible woman.
All in all I think it would be a better sculpt change then the alien warrior stuff. That looks NOTHING like the standard Guy sculpt.

I never cared for Azrael in any of his forms. I did like the look of the original Batarmor he had in #500 the one with the smooth Face mask. If I had to choose an Azrael, it would be that one as an unique.
of course that would be called batman.... Like your power ideas. I would also point out that he would have NO outwit, and only some mild perplex at best. He wasn't the detective that bruce is. A Full Combat Batman.
Earth-2 Superman...the original and best....the hero from which all legends spring.
I vote for Earth-2 Superman.
Although, he would be impossible to do unless you gave him a dial that would be able to KO Galactus single-handedly. Because, he is just that good.

No, No, No, Earth 2 Supes is weaker than Earth 1 supes... which means little since they could both whup earth only Supes. He is the one that "killed" Anti Moniter (DC Galactus) , but he certainly didn't do it single handed.
He needs a dial that will let him get the last punch in on Galactus :)
I think the real one to watch will be Superboy prime! He's not "weaker" than Earth 1 superman due to age or anything. He pure Silver age Kryptonian! He doesn't have much experience, but He's got a TON of Power. Boy to Boy He will whup old Connor's Half Kryptonian cloned DNA butt.

I didn't say he couldn't 'go Hypersonic'. I said if i were making his dial, it is likely i WOULDN'T. Icons Superman is already overly dominant, so i wouldn't want to make the same mistake twice.

I'm pretty sure you'll find Earth-2 Superman and Earth Prime Superboy to be scaled back to the current power levels in the DC Universe, or by that logic, Power Girl would be like the weakest Kryptonian ever, and it's obvious that ain't the case.
GOSH I hope not! I want the pre crisis kryptonians to BE Pre crisis power! That's what made them so much fun! I know they have made comments that the new supergirl is much more powerful than Superman, I'm hoping this is some kind of PreCrisis "thing"
As for Power Girl, her powers keep changing and going out of whack. I'm hoping she gets kicked up a notch or two with the Earth 2 revelations. (she seemed to do alright vs. Supergirl.)
I never cared for Azrael in any of his forms. I did like the look of the original Batarmor he had in #500 the one with the smooth Face mask. If I had to choose an Azrael, it would be that one as an unique.
of course that would be called batman.... Like your power ideas. I would also point out that he would have NO outwit, and only some mild perplex at best. He wasn't the detective that bruce is. A Full Combat Batman.
The Batman 500 armor is also my favourite version of Azrael, but that original costume from SOW and Azrael #1-49 and 99-100 is still awesome...and yeah Azrael Batman should definately not have outwit.
This poll shows how much people underate Azrael, Guy Gardner is a pretty popular character and Az is beating him and everyone else.

I didn't say he couldn't 'go Hypersonic'. I said if i were making his dial, it is likely i WOULDN'T. Icons Superman is already overly dominant, so i wouldn't want to make the same mistake twice.
Oh agree, but Kara (Power Girl) made a mention about her power levels and abilities in JSA Classified #3 that lead me to believe these guys might be pretty dangerous. If I did make an earth-2 Superman I mightnot hold back on his power, but he very well may be 300 or more points. Justbecause some pieces should be done for fun, and acurracy, and not just competative play. Its half the reason I like NGN Superman, the half that makes me dislike him is the abuse.
