In one of the earlist issues of Iron Man there was an alien race who worshiped Tony Stark because of his inventions I believe...so Iron Man!
Circe isn't really a god but she's mythological in origin.
KC flash looks like he could be Hermes (Mercury), with the winged hat and all, but he isn't actually a god (but he might as well be).

If you're including Lorelei, then you can count in the Enchantress too.

kalibak, once he comes out, is the son of a god, so he's as much one as hercules
Shazam!!

Are you looking for alien races or gods? In the comics universe is basically one and the same. So you have alot to choose from...

Hecate, from the Indy set. Hecate was the name of a Greek goddess, I'm not sure if the character is actually supposed to be that goddess or just swiped the name.
If you are including Hercules and Kalibak, then the JSA Wonder Woman and Nubia are descended from the gods, I believe.
Shazam and Black Adam have the power of the gods, but are not quite gods themselves.
Big Barda would go well with DeSaad and Darkseid.
Thanos might count, too, as he has held the powers of a god on more than one occasion.
KC Flash makes a good stand in for Hermes.

We're actually trying to run a campaign that starts at 150pts and increases by 50's to a total of 400. In the early games, It'll be tough to get Gods under a certain oint value.
Also, I'm not sure if cosmic beings are actually god or not. What is the concensus?
I'm having the same issue with Asgardians. Are all of them considered Gods?
Hawkman and Hawkgirl are sort of associated with Egyptian gods.
KC Hawkman became like a god as well.

Asgardians would be considered norse gods. Sauron was a god in the savage lands I believe as well. other than that I think you got pretty much everybody.
tried this myself and here are the gods i came up with. some just share the name while others represent the mythological being.
Darkseid (new gods)
Desaad (new gods)
Big Barda (new gods)
Ares
Aphrodite (indy)
Hecate (indy)
Hercules (more a demi god I think)
Circe (same as herc pretty much)
Sersi (the avenger)
Fury/Hyppolyta Trevor-Hall (again just mixed in with the gods)
Wonder Woman (was the god of truth for a short time)
Troia (is a Titan)
Thor
Loki
Lorelei (just an asgardian i think)
Executioner (same)
Enchantress (same)
Ulik (same)
Storm (could be considererd)
Atlas (named after a titan)
Puck (is the name of a greek god)
Lots of characters have been worshiped as gods from time to time but these are the ones I think would probably suit the title more.
Apocolypse
Mojo ?
Kobra
Brother Blood

Snowbird is a Canadian Indian goddess and Tanaraq is her archenemy god.
Puck is named after a creature of mischief from the land of Faerie. Shakespeare used him in "A Midsummer Night's Dream".
If you are using Darkseid, then Big Barda probably qualifies.
Ulik is a Troll.
Dormammu, Umar and Nightmare might qualify if you're willing to stretch it by including demons.
Arcane might fit here as he was released from Hell in his clix form to continue to ruin Swamp Thing's day, effectively qualifying him as a demon.

Thanks for all the info, guys. That list is long enough to give me a good start. You all rock.

Yep was totally thinking of Pan. They look the same.
Don't know the character very well, but what about Angelus?
Obviously her name is a derivative of "Angel"...
