question about Quintessence

The TA says,


Members of this team do not take pushing damage and their powers cannot be countered. This team ability cannot be copied by wild card team abilities.

Does that mean you can T'bolt the TA? Does T'bolts count as a wildcard team ability?

T-bolts states specifically that you cannot copy TAs that cannot be copied by WCs. Which is why you cannot T-bolt PC, Outsiders, or CSA....
