When a Mystic damages another Mystic, does the damage bounce back and forth between Mystics until one is KOed?

Also, Can a Pulse-Waver be damaged by Mystics TA?

No to both.

The mystics TA is not an attack. The mystics TA only activates when the mystic takes damage from an attack. This is also why poison doesn't trigger the mystics TA.

Pulse Wave Ignores Feats. Powers and TA's. So the mystic TA cannot retailiate against a PW attack as it is ignored.

Mystics damage is only taken into account an attack damages a figure. Because the Team Ability itself is not an attack it does not trigger it again.

When Pulse Wave is used, all powers, team abilities and feats are ignored. Because Mystics is a team ability, it is ignored. The character using Pulse Wave would not take retaliation damage.

Incap causes no damage. The damage comes from the second token, not the fig.

If a fig incaps a Mystic into a push, does the fig take damage?No. Incapacitate isn't doing any damage. Rather, the fact that the character pushed it takes damage. All Incap does is add a token. Now, if you used Stunning Blow with the attack, then yes. You would take damage.

In addition to the Poison, using Force Blast to knock a Mystic into a wall or off a building would not cause the team ability to activate. Mind Control attacks also do not cause the team ability to come into effect.

while I have your attention, If a fig has charge and CR, how does knockback work?

Thanks to Charge, you can choose to take the knockback. Thanks to Combat Reflexes, you won't take any damage from Knockback.

Both powers are optional, so you can choose what happens.
