Skrull TA

When a fig (let's say Super Skrull) is attacked, does the attacking player or defending player roll the die for the TA? If the attacking player rolls the die, can it be Probability Controlled?

The Skrull player rolls the die. So if Player A is attacking Player B's Skrull, Player B rolls.
