I am a big fan and am keen to see if local talent is keen to post up thier work. I will start the ball rolling but I don't know how to post an image up.

Right, I am particularly bad at this posting a picture thing.

Try this if you are curious about the above, I also posted up mods of Aquaman, Storm, Wonder Man and Valkyrie on Aragon (Aragorn?).

I've modded Black Knight on a ebon flying horse - when I get a photo I'll put it online!

I have to admit that while I've been tempted to try and do some repaints, I always woos out at the last minute.

Mainly I wanted to reply to tell you how sweet I thought your mods were though. Good stuff indeed!

Hey all,

Does an Aussie in Tokyo count ? One of the advantages of living over here is that TV is terrible so I get a lot more time to mod.

Here's the link to the DC section of my site

and my excessive RPG customs

I must say, I'm liking your work so far BB. How come you've never posted on the Artisans guild? Talisman and Siryn are top notch!

Cheers,

Bubba242

Ta Bubba. All expatriates, all who wish to affiliate themselves with Aussies and Aussie related posts (I believe, at least) should feel welcomed here. The benefit of a digital community is in the interaction regardless of distance.

Your mods are humbling. Black Lightning's afro gets spcial mention.

Ta Bubba. I just wanted feedback - I like the Blog as my nephews are keen and I like the "how did I get there" stuff I had seen around. If I was going to show someone the mods, I wanted to have some background.

I wriote a long jingoistic reply and lost it...

I think anyone who wants to be linked to us Aussies should feel welcome here.

Thanx all for the feedback. Would still love to see whatever people are up to.

SENTRY
http://bbclixblog.blogspot.com/2006/09/repaint-3-mod-11-sentry.html

I did Sentry (a repaint and a Mod) and I am posting a half dozen mods up on the Artisan's guild.

Nice work. I think the Sentry looks a lot better clean-shaven; it's a shame that the unique has the beard that he really only wore for a single issue.

Nice repaints BB. to post your pics, try to create a thread where the IMG code is ON. Make a photobucket account, so your pics would have an easy to access IMG codes. Then post your pics by typing the codes.

I post my custom pics on this thread. : Welcome to this Week's Addition to Custom Clix. Its IMG code is ON. You can post your pics there using the IMG codes.

Thanx Phoenix Force for the advice (very useful, kind of worked out the IMG thing and will follow up Photobucket ASAP) and comments (particularly ZC). PF's and Bubba 242's mods were really great to see.

Here's the link to the gallery with most of my mods in it:

WakandaMan's album (http://au.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/wakandaman/album?.dir=/faaa&.src=ph&.tok=phdCPhFBIBkwc3gD)

There's movie versions of lots of characters, classic costume changes, and a few characters that finally appeared in Sinister but I made a while ago. I am most proud of my Man-Ape, Ant-man and Songbird. Enjoy!

The 7th is due in November. The 6 others that I customized I am pretty happy with. I took a picture:

http://bbclixblog.blogspot.com/

I will take a few more & post them up on the Artisan's Guild. I will also update the above Blog link with photos of each character. Though probably over the next few days.

I also modded 5 more supporting characters but I have to take a photo of them together and post that up here (etc...). It will probably be up on the the above link already... They are (aside from V Kang's 190pts) extremely playable after I worked out what fit to use as bases.

Regards all.
