Anyway...much like Mage Knight when it died , some players still keeps this game alive at ATC. I think we should play a HOrrorclix game some time..or find ways to incorporate the figs into a Heroclix game.

I did this Horrorclix vs Heroclix format once at Galeria. Heres a thought...
A heroclix / horrorclix game rolled into 1: In a 3 Game format we can do this...
1st Game: Use your Heroclix figs = 300pts
2nd Game: Use your 200pt Horroclix figs
3rd Game: Use your 300pt Clix fig in the Finals.

If anyone is ok with this or wont get offended...this will be a future format at a Wednesday Galeria Tourney. Let's bring back Horrorclix from the dead.:devious:

Note: And for those players who does not have horror figs...i wwill be glad to lend you some of the deadliest fig around like 2x Vampire Hunters, Predators, Imaginary Friends etc...just name your poison. (except for the 4 Marvel Zombies that I reserve the use for myself only)

I'm looking for Horrorclix stuff. Got a group that will be forming to play regular tournaments, so we'll be needing a lot of Horrorclix stuff. Right now trying to scarf down as much Matron Mothers, Evil Leprechauns, Hooks, Vampire Enforcers, Nosferaturas, Field Agents, Razor Vixens, Faith Priests, Ghost Finders, Vampire Hunters, Nightmares figs and uniques for prize support.

So if you have extra Horrorclix stuff to dipose, give me a holler if you want to trade or sell. I got The Lab sealed bricks for trade if anyone is interested.

Anyway, as I've told Charlon, I'm down to my last "The Lab" brick. People snapped up the base set and the lab bricks like candy. I'm pretty surprise at the demand here locally.

Given the sudden resurgence of Horroclix, I'm thinking of keeping the last lab brick as prize support for the tourneys rather than dispose of it. That way at least more people will have access to the lab figs rather than only the folks who traded with me.

Starter? Galeria may isa pa...sa Glorietta ata meron din. Its a must for all Horrorclix wanna-plays. Dami pa ring boosters ng Freakshow kaya bili na!!!And Harold "Dimples" Soon (as Xandy had dubbed thee), maganda yan na interested ka sa Hoclix...pero to be more competitive I suggest you buy the Predator set sa Galeria. :cool:

Naku, pag nabuhay ulit ang mga namatay nang player ng Horrorclix for sure aabot nanaman tayo to unprecedented heights.
....I remember the time that we actually reached a 12 player total in a grand tourney. No venue has ever beaten that number of total players kahit sa ibang bansa sa isang tourney ng horrorclix!!!!. :rolleyes: (of course I could be wrong)

Absolutely!!! Even DArth Dimple Harold asked me to teach him how to play Que Horrorclix...(he did well actually, with his rag tag army against a Predator led warband).

I'm glad that you are getting opportunities to learn how to play the game. While it may have a lot of simple mechanics, I hope you don't consider it as a "dumbed down" version of Heroclix. :)

I remember when I was teaching my current group of players how to play the game. I came up with a lot of similarly build forces and play with them using the same stuff. It allows them to grasp the game mechanics faster rather than beating up on them with my better figures and cards. It ain't really that fun, learning to play a game while being totally outgunned. I find that playing nearly similar builds instead of blasting away at my newbies help give them more confidence instead of focusing their attention on how "awesome" some figs are compared to what they can scrap together.

If by chance, we actually do meet in person, I'll lend you my predators, and play you using my Mad Monk and Evil Leprechauns force. I'm quite sure it'll be fun, and you can gain a better appreciation of the advantages of the mobility coupled with the 50/50 defensive scheme of your figs.

Actually, yung Pole Arm Predator lang dun ang gusto kong gamitin...3 damage, BCF (Vivisect) , Range 6, Martial Artist na (although I cant roll 4-6 90% of the time), Leap Climb pa. Oha!!! Si Joel loves his Elder Predator...meron kasi yang ala Nuclear Timer (?) na talagang papatay ng lahat!!! :laugh:

Anyway, Charlon's team of Hook,Vamp,Clown and Zombies did well din naman against my Pred, Slayer and Imaginary Friend trio...but not as well as Darth Dimple team did. Does this mean Harold can lead his Zombie team better than Charings? :laugh:
