why couldn't you pick up polaris? her le is brotherhood so she should be available as a bad guy (unless she was protected)

And morality aside, I'm fairly certain Turtle would let me take her onboard, considering she was the leader of the Marauders for quite a while.

Exact same deal with Gambit actually, he was just locked in by the X-men
