And now for the Charge of the Light Brigade!

Having Recovered from their wounds, the ever ready BPRD gets wind of a group of possessed mannequins, and rushes in to send the painted plaster people back to the netherworld.

Now then, assuming Deep Shadows still means what I think it means, (all terrain, even clear, is considered hindering for LoF, i.e. Stealth Bonanza) here we go. Kindly let me know if I'm incorrect.
Turn 1b

1. Allen the Alien will pick up Hellboy and fly to j16, placing Hellboy in J15

2. Lobster Johnson will run right up to M15 and Outwit RCE on Firestorm

3. Shi will rush right up and hide out in the open in L15

Oh yeah we forgot to keep the BFC details in the recap, yup Deep Shadows is all terrain is hindering terrain for LOF purposes and also all range is limited to 6...I'll add it to the recap...You also forgot to add your tokens to the people who had actions and put Hellboy in L15 with Shi, but you said J15 in the actions so I'm assuming that's what you meant...I got you covered...this time. ;)

Man this BFC was made for you...it totally neuters me since you have all that stealth...ack!

NOTE: Okay I just realized I made a big boo boo...I switched Hellboy and Allen on my map...so Silver Sable couldn't have shot Allen at all...I'll move Jonah to E11 instead so he can still take the shot but the roll still stands and misses...Silver Sable will move instead so please ignore the roll I sent you...sorry about the big mistake...

Turn 2a

Leadership roll from Silver Sable is 5

It's not as big a deal since Lobster Johnson has his own Stealth, but Syphon Power prevents him from using his regular TA--since it's a feat, it is optional to us it, but it's been ruled that choosing not to use an Alt TA is like not using your TA at all, rather than defaulting to your normal TA. So, he can't copy Kabuki since Tanis doesn't have one.

Okay I made yet ANOTHER big boo boo...it looks like I switched Lobster and Shi..so I couldn't have hit Lobster..I can only hit Shi...so I'll have to roll her Super Senses...and redo my recap...geez...sorry about this...trying to cook dinner and play at the same time doesn't really work...:cheeky:

Also no token should be given to Hellboy..another mistake...so you've made no mistakes at all...just me...;)

Oh and yes I meant E11 with Jonah.

Hmm..the way I'm reading Siphon Power though, it says at the beginning of each player's turn, he can choose a TA from any character on the playing field...either mine or his...so it looks like he can still choose Kabuki if he wanted to...but with this feat, he has to announce each turn what the TA is going to be...which he did in the very beginning...*shrug* it's a weird feat...

Darn..did I forget to change Jonah's position? Sorry about that...you do know that all these mistakes I'm making is to help you be a better play by poster..right? right?? No? darn...thought it woulda been a good excuse. ;)

Oh and I don't think Lobster can see Firestorm. Silver Sable is blocking the view. He'd have to be in M14 to see Firestorm....so assuming this I'm gonna go ahead with my turn...

Oh man...Power girl is gonna get SO hurt...

NOTE AGAIN: It looks like I made the SAME mistake I did last turn..I can't hit Allen...he's behind Hellboy..so please negate the nice attack roll that I just rolled...*sigh*...man you got the perfect BFC...

Alrighty, I tried to go through the Pbemail dice server and could not get a response from either it or you, so I'm wondering if I put in the correct email. (tho I'd think I'd have gotten my own email down right...who knew?) I'm going to stick with the irony dice server and send you the information via it.

Allen the Alien swings for the fences on Power Girl: (dice roll is 2+6=8) A Hit!, Allen deals 4, PowerGirl Takes 3 clix.

Never one to let a manequin have any rest, Hellboy decides to feed her that engine block: 7 to a 14, needs a 7 on the dice *crosses fingers*: 1+2= 3, a tragic miss unfortunately.

Lobster Johnson Outwits toughness on Firestorm

Shi attempts to unload on Firestorm, an 8 on a 15, needs a 7, *crosses fingers*: 3+4=7 A Hit! Shi deals 2 to Firestorm.

Man, I totally would've though Power Girl would've bitten the big one...yeah, maybe I can get another stat for her!

Oh and you forgot your stats...can't forget them! I've updated for you with the SA for Shi and Allen and the AST for Lobster.

Turn 4a

1. Hourman will charge to J14, picking up the HO in N13 along the way and target Hellboy. AV 9 vs DV 13. Roll is 4, 4. That's a hit and 4 clicks to Hellboy. No knockback due to Allen. 1 SA to Hourman.

2. Power Girl will attempt to swing at Hellboy. AV 7 vs DV 12. Roll is a 3, 2. That's barely a hit and Hellboy takes 2 clicks and is KO'ed. 1 SA, 1 KO to Power Girl.

Thanks for the update on the stats. Still learning this I fear. However for things you should fear, Kabuki comes for you now!


Kabuki slices and dices Powergirl (Blades attack) and HITS with a total roll of 18! rolling for blades nets a total of : 4! toughness reduces by 1, PG takes 3.

Kabuki will push to finish off Powergirl: Roll is 3+4=7. Yet another hit! We'll just stick with the 3 natural and shove blondie off to the showers.

Allen will duck the oncoming fire and mosey on over towards Flamehead and Silver sable at L15.

also, correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't hourman take a push back there a bit? (to gain charge and such?, or am I completely mistaken?) which would put him at 6, rather than 7/7? Again, I may have missed something entirely.

Oh yeah, you're right...Hourman should be at 6/7..forgot to update that when he pushed...thanks! If he didn't I wouldn't have been able to get super strength and charge. ;)

At least I was able to get Power Girl some stats before she bit the big one. I couldn't get her any stats last game...

Turn 6a

1. Jonah will Running Shot to G15 and target Allen again. He's not getting away that easy!! ;) Roll is a 4, 1. Yup a miss. Looks like no stats for Jonah this game.

2. Hourman will Charge and pick up the LO in J15 and go to K17, targeting Kabuki. AV 9 vs DV 15. Roll is 4, 5. Hit and the Super Sense roll is....1. Kabuki takes 4 clicks. Oh I just realized you pushed Kabuki but forgot to add a token. So she's KO'ed. 1 SA, 1 KO to Hourman.

Well Allen has a pretty high defense, so it's gonna take some hail mary shots to get a hit in...

Yeah you really need to level up Hellboy...just having those REALLY low attack values hurt a lot...and they drop pretty quick...and for 73 points that's a lot...yeah I'd have Allen be your main player and just sub Hellboy in if he gets injured..*knock on wood* which he hopefully doesn't....

Or maybe sub Hellboy in if you play someone with a lot of low Defense people...
